How long did your baby blues last? 🤔I'm 11 days in and have days we're there terrible and then days when I'm completely fine -.- (mine started day 5 so only been up and down for a couple days)

@Lemonysherbet the heat is crazy today kids want to go in the garden but there's no shade in our garden and isn't enclosed so all the neighbours are out -.- most likely going to give in and take them out there just need to try do it at a time the other neighbours have gone in or out "/hope your okay again today, I'm feeling slightly anxious for some reason but no idea why x

@lucy2204 I got a gazebo from b and q the other day for £27! Gives us a little shade for the paddling pool. Could you get something like that?

I keep getting waves of anxiousness too. But it only lasts a minute and seems to be when I move around too fast. Very odd!

I hate the days when you can't explain why you feel the way you feel but it's ok, just take your time with everything :)

Will defo have a lot into getting 1 or 2 as the pool we've just ordered them would stick out of 1 -.- didn't even pop into my mind to look at getting a gazebo🙈😂
Yeah mine seems to be whenever Im rushing about too,or am planning to go out😂😏 and agree its a weird stage this stage of the 4th trimester 🤷‍♀️not sure why I didn't get it the first 2 times not sure if it's coz the "the world" the last time was normal 🤔everything seems so different now...

@lucy2204 feeling ok today, positive! Not so much yesterday though. I'm so up and down its tiring. How are you doing?

Yesterday was a very bad day for me to, felt so run down and tired, done a lot of over thinking and starting getting myself into a rut Google is not my friend 😂😂🤔 I'm feeling okay today tho have lots of period pains so achy but okay generally.. Xx @Lemonysherbet

@lucy2204 we must be in sync I felt the same! I'm such a terrible person for ruminating. So I started trying to embrace the little things I'm greatful for whenever my mind started going into overdrive and it helps a little

Yeah I try that too or talk to myself 🙈normally saying (I'm fine everything's fine stop being silly) must look like a right idiot 😂 tbh I'm not sure where it's all come from I mean I normally used to over think a little but we be able to bring myself back within seconds now I over think and struggle to get myself back -.-how old is your little one now? @Lemonysherbet xx 🤗

My baby is 3 weeks old today! Our babies are exactly 1 week apart 😲, I also have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and yeah I've finally got my routine just need to get out/over these baby blues or whatever this is xx @Lemonysherbet

@Lemonysherbet have spoken with my midwife she thinks it's my hormones as I only ever have anxiety thoughout pregnancy but will be speaking with the gp if it hasn't gone by my 6 week check up just incase I don't think it's anything tbh I just think I'm over thinking etc xx

I'm still achey, I didn't realise recovery could take this long

I'm 14 days in and still sobbing at everything!

@Lemonysherbet I agree I don't remember it being this long I bounced back really quick with the other two! Also the on/off bleeding is defo longer this time xx
