sirboob sorry things are tough for you and DP atm .
scarlotti yes, DD is very sensitive to the sunlight, unfortunately. She woke so early yesterday she was in bed last night by 6:50pm, then this morning 'mama! its the moooorning!' no, its not. its really not (5:50am) 'but the sun is awake, really awake, not a little bit awake'. She has blackout velux blinds in her bedroom which are fab, but not in the hallway where there is a skylight too. That means she opens her door and sees it. Need to address that one.
Bear Cub slept much better last night after sleeping on his front. He went to bed at 7:30pm, earliest so far, and slept til 11:30pm, then til 2am, fed, then 3:50am, fed then woke at 6:45am. Much much better. I shall see how it goes before kicking out the 3:50am feed. On his front the whole night. He was more peaceful last night than I think he has ever slept (other than on me), even with the several wakings, and a cold. I hope this is the start of things to come, but not holding out! However, having two well slept children makes a hugs difference both are very very happy this morning.
re: nappy rash. POW (i like the abbreviation!) I think it could be a teething bottom. DD had it every time, but it was more spotty red bottom which was raw in a couple of places, perhaps this is just different for him. DD used to wee on the rug and as such we are now rugless as by the time she had potty trained it stank! so now we have bare floor and mats for rolling. fruit It is nappy rash, I think what I mean by saying I don't think it is nappy rash is that it is not conventional red all over bottom . It is just in the folds of one side, on in the fold under his willy only, the rest of his bottom etc is very clear. It does seem like an acid burn, and he has had a couple of bits of different fruit, but not enough for it to continue and it has got worse even when he has not had it. He has tetanium cream, not helping. But, I do have some fungal cream for his chin, not sure if I should give it a try, could I make it worse?
fruit re builder. In theory we will get some of our money back, yes. We will be awarded a judgment against him (a CCJ) for an amount the judge feels fair which we can take steps to recover, but that costs money. We could potentially get a charge on his house as that is a business asset (we are suing his business, not him personally), or get a bailiff to take business property, but a bailiff costs £200 a pop (he would 'pay' the costs, but we have to pay up front and add on to overall costs).
