Thankfully DS seems to wake at whatever time he pleases no matter what time he goes to bed so he might as well go up now as later. I just hope there isn't more 5am calling for me to ignore.

Don't for get clock changes tomorrow ladies so we will more than likely get a 6.30/7am start Mil seemed to think I should be impressed that DD would sleep later - the i explained that no matter what time the clock said it wold still only be 5.30/6am in my body and back to being dark!

DH doing bed and bath here too in a bit DD sitting (fully clothed) on her new potty telling me about a wee she is doing, not sure if I should believe her or not.

I needed to pop to mothercare today to pick up a few things for my hospital bag and DH and DD popped to Ikea which is opposite and have some back with a large inflatable ladybird! I am packing my bag stupidly early as DH and Ils are off to Belfast in a couple of weeks and if my bag is packed I will not need it but if I have nothing I will have this baby early. I had forgotten how teeny first size nappies are.

sorry guys am aware that I'm on my own with this rugby nonsense and the mood I'm in with DH has influenced me more than normal special apologies to Red, LOTI and VG

and frankly if this is a boy he's going to be called Dan Parks Dixie!!!

Dizz - I am not in Belfast - FleasyJet won't let me fly past 32 weeks even with a doctors note! I am home alone with DD for alot of it with a visit from ALBS for a couple of days and my mum for a bit too.

I shouldn't have rung them to check and just turned up and lied! But once DH knew they wouldn't let me fly I was scuppered!

the girls are now in bed, I gave up and put them upstairs after an argument errupted over a sodding balloon and I've phoned a chinese am tired and I can't be arsed cooking for myself so found a random tenner in my purse and thought sod it

having managed to resist texting DH the scores and warning off his parents from doing so - my dad has just sent his commiserations

Loti - I hope you get a good night's sleep tonight. Can I give you a gentle feminist nudge about something you posted this morning if you don't mind.

That 'allowed' has been upsetting me all day. Your DH and your DDs have to be told to respect your rights: don't wait for them to notice you need respect and support. Demand it.

Hello everyone

Have had a very strange day rummaging through cupboards at my grandma's house - man that woman had sooo many clothes she also had about £5K in twenty pound notes stashed in her bedroom . Have come home with allsorts, from hats and handbags to frozen yorkshire puddings, teddies and towels. All smells lovely of grandma's house Got to go back next week to sort through the kitchen cupboards and the garden shed. Somebody remind me I am supposed to be decluttering my house not filling it up

I'm putting a tenner on Dizzybaby being DS1, then you will have to have one more just to prove you weren't just having more until you got a son
