Your poor Mum VG. Am sure having you there holding her hand will be a huge comfort though.
Hope you're not going down with February lurgy there sazzles. Think I'm resisting at the mo, but currently sitting here shivering (having been boiling an hour ago), sipping hot water and lemon as I can't face tea/coffee. DDs asleep at the mo so enjoy some respite. Hope it's the same at your end.
V. excited for you hp . Keep us posted! (As if you wouldn't )
Hope you survive today red.
Your dress is AMAZING cyteen.
I'm exceptionally to admit that I don't read to DD2 half as much as i did to DD1. She's struggling with concentration for a whole story though - although is a chicken and egg case that she hasn't because I haven't spent enough time concentrating on one thing with her? - DD1 was definitely sitting for ages listening to stories by this stage. Anyway, she does get DD1's stories at bedtime, which she does sit for and her favourite is v. clearly 'Apple, Pear, Orange, Bear'. Anyone know it? Most weird, surreal thing, but she chooses it every time over standard rhyming or flappy/textured books.
LOTI - you lucky, lucky lady. DH and I had a fab week there as students. That was such a long time ago that I have nothing useful add in terms of places to go out to but the Jewish cemetary is worth a visit as it is incredibly atmospheric and has a v. well done, though heart-wrenching museum attached about the holocaust. May not be your thing, but IMVHO, it's an important part of the city's history and worth a visit.
