MERCY! Reese has done something to my MN. Everything is tiny tiny tiny.

hotterpotter · 01/02/2010 22:24

Hello anything exciting happening on here tonight?

TwilightSurfer · 01/02/2010 22:25

LOL!!! I am a total DITZ tonight. Sazzles I've been sitting here trying to figure out how what you said could be correct based on what I thought Sambo said. I swear I thought it said that her friend gave birth 7 to 8 weeks ago and she's pregnant again. I might need something to drink because I'm not thinking very clearly.

I am still buzzing after my late exercise - didn't get off the bike until 9.55pm and that on top of a little go on the M1 earlier I am just too excited

TwilightSurfer · 01/02/2010 23:23

hardy har har
I was hiding the mess that is otherwise my house at the moment. Living room and dining room are free of kid crap and floor dirt. It's dark so if there's dust, I can't see it.

I need to type up some flyers for school tomorrow. Room Mother duties are beginning to pile up. I have THREE things in the works at the moment.

DD1, devil version, alive and well this evening. Parenting is a joy??

HP you're exercising late. I'd never get to sleep after that.

Night Sazzles

Cyteen great news on the dress and weekend - where's Steaky when you need her

Dizzy how exciting hope you manage to get the funding sorted out soon.

VG can only ditto the comments made by the others and thanks for your lovely compliment and back at ya!

DS on much better form so fingers crossed he is on the mend. He had 300ml of milk yesterday morning when he woke up and this is from the boy who would never touch a bottle and wasn't really fussed about bfing either - I made him his usual cup of about 150-180ml and he screamed when it was empty 'bilk bilk, more peeas peas'. So I made him another that he then promptly downed too. He was happily feeding bluberries to Thomas the Tank Engine this morning as well and covincing him that they were yum yum yummy .

TwilightSurfer · 02/02/2010 02:03

Singapore that's great news on the milk front. Please have him text Reese tonight praising it's glory. She's still a non milk drinker....for the most part. I've been able to get her to drink organic chocolate milk every other day. I feel that is a great accomplishment.

Toes are painted and laundry pile is now sorted laundry piles (each family members has there own heap). I'd say that's progress. Right? Right! I knew you'd all agree.

Night Night

springaporesling · 02/02/2010 04:03

Oooh lovely nails!

Both great accomplishments! Text on it's way but I hope she'd understand 'Beese dink bilk' (and that's not even txt speak )!

GladioliBuckets · 02/02/2010 09:31

Cyteen Yay for green stars! There is a myth that green is unlucky for brides but my mum wore emerald green velvet (in a v picturesque blizzard) and has been happily married for 42yrs.

Dizzy Love your extra big meep.

Had nice morning yesterday at neighbour's trying to get Kurt to catch chicken pox from her little girl. Friend was really stressed from cabin fever and her youngest is v meddlesome/fiddlesome, driving her mad - felt v sorry for her but didn't half think 'phew, thank goodness I'm out of that phase now.'

Me and Kurt have had a bit of diarrhoea this am, I was almost vomiting my stomach hurt so bad. He has a temp but is asleep already and I'm just hungry now. Going to have some toast and climb into bed with him and read/nap. Main job today is to order groceries - tell me what to buy people! Something healthy and delicious please.

springaporesling · 02/02/2010 11:21

Buckets I googled the green thing as I also remembered something about it and also my bridesmaids dress for DBs wedding is green so I wondered where it came from - apparently it denotes 'loose women' as the green obviously comes from rolling around in the grass! .

Look at this!

hotterpotter · 02/02/2010 14:02

VG you have made me a bit as I don't think I really offer DS much in the way of stimulation when I am 'looking after' him (aka MNing), it's more a case of keeping an eye out for him falling off tables, eating pens or trashing laptops...

Do you ahve many other ladies to choose from?
