I'm always going to want more, you know. In my heart. I'm never having more though. Oh no.

Thankfully I look at Lo's now and think thank the lord Im never doing it again. That said if I could shell them out at 12 months Id have oodles!

Had the best news ever this week, they are moving staff around at work and the croc of shite guy Ive had working for me is moving on. Hooray maybe Ill start sleeping better again

Denny185 · 18/09/2009 16:29

BTW on a complete tangent, Im thinking of xmas pressies and want to find a little shopping bag for DD2, those kind of open top straw type things, has anyone seen one on their travels? (she has an obsession with everyone elses bags and putting things in and out of them)

Scorps · 19/09/2009 16:24

I don't know Denny, ELC? Am thinking of getting Mimi a mini kitchen thing; she likes the one at nursery alot. DH doesn't want her to have a doll incase it encourages her to have babies early in life ...i said she is oging to inherit that from me probably! I wanted a baby since i was about 12 [seriously]

yes or no?for antenatal and postnatal

Hmm, not 100% sure about that specific one - i like how it looks, but I'm thinking the "flappy-ness" at the front might annoy me a little bit. But then, I am full of nonsense. Would be ideal if you could see it in real life - basically whether it would look "stretched" without a bump. I wonder if they offer free delivery with codes by any chance (normal is about a fiver, I think), in which case why not try it?

I love IO - so comfortable, and always stylish. Think I looked a lot more presentable when pregnant (lived in IO) than my normal scruffy self!

Denny, sorry, no idea? TKMaxx by any chance, they seemed to stock anything handbag related! I think they sell handbags online too.

MistergodthisisSal · 19/09/2009 17:23

Scorps, btw, if you haven't tried it yet - I found their wrap dresses with a "breastfeeding cami) (the type that clips loose at the front) brilliant whilst breastfeeding - worked great with flat boots to make it a little more informal, and didn't look like maternity clothes, for the bit afterwards (well, for you prob a day, but for me a bit longer! )

VeeEsss · 19/09/2009 17:34

I like the cardi would suit you scoprs.

Denny, this?? www.ascizi.com/straw-mini-beach-bags-16-c.asp

Scorps · 19/09/2009 18:36

I think I will get it, be good for buggy walking etc.

Sal iswym but maternity stuff is obviously too big for me about a day after. I was thinking of buying a similar dress to wear after though until back in other stuff properly. I love IO and own quite a bit but it's always so lovely.

Sorry no time to catch up on thread.

Actucally made it home on Thursday and have been busy with visitors since. A bit bruised and battered but ok.

They took away 3lb of me!!!Hopefully have time to catch up with you all on Monday.

BR
PS. Has PM has her bubba yet??

MistergodthisisSal · 19/09/2009 19:35

Hey bunnyrabbit, glad to hear all ok (well, mostly ok then!)

Scorps, you lucky lucky thing! It's great that you're able to wear anything again so soon, am a little jealous, lol.

Yep - LO: I've decided already - this time I'm only buying that, even if it means I can only afford 2 or 3 pieces (well, obv other cheap stuff will do for camis etc, but for the strong wear-all-the-time pieces, I'm sticking to LO!)

MistergodthisisSal · 19/09/2009 19:36

Uhm, NEXT time, obv. I'm really not pg (yet - I think!)

MistergodthisisSal · 20/09/2009 16:41

Where on earth IS everyone?? You don't all hate me, do you?! (Feel free to lie if you have to )

paranoidmummy · 20/09/2009 18:00

Hey everyone, no time to catch up but just wanted to say hello! Baby was bron on Friday at 9 mins to 3 - finally settled on Lyla Sarah She is absolutely lovely and only 6lbs 3oz!!! THat's over 2lbs less than my smallest baby so finding it hard to get used to! She's breastfeeding v well and so far sleeping well (long may it continue!). The section was pretty long winded, thankfully I went for it as my uterus was so thin they could almost see her through it (urgh!) and I have been advised niot to have any more babies - was NOT planning to anyway! But that did make me so pleased I opted for the elective, someone was obviously looking out for me! I came out yesterday early afternoon and loving being home with them all. Both boys seem to love her thankfully! My wound's not healing well this time so keeping an eye on it but am in complete Baby Moon at the moment

will catch up soon, hope i haven't ignoreed anything big

MistergodthisisSal · 20/09/2009 18:12

bunnyrabbit · 21/09/2009 17:49

EllieG · 22/09/2009 09:17

Congratulations PM and Mr PM and little PM's!

My 'puter at home is broken, so no shopping or MNing for me...boo

SuperSoph73 · 22/09/2009 15:12

Huge congrats PM Am so jealous but incredibly pleased for you obviously

Pleased the surgery went well BR, hope you recover quickly

Well, works is still fairly manic at the moment and of course I barely do any MNing now as keep having to watch may back just in case the new guy comes in and catches me not doing any work

Open Day at school on Saturday so we've all got to be here & then I drop DH off at airport on way home & he's in Holland for a week. I've asked people to double-check that me & the boys have got dressed properly, so if they see DS1 with his pants on over his school shorts to let me know!! Am going to be a jibbering wreck by the time DH gets back Am organising a girlie night out for the weekend after he gets back so I can have at least one night recovery, ha ha!

Sam got told off at nursery at the end of last week for pulling hair , bless his cottons!!

And he woke up from his nap at the weekend, DS1 went up to chat to him before either myself or DH could get up there and he had sat himself up all by himself First time he's done it - so proud!

How is everyone btw?

EllieG · 22/09/2009 15:17

Yey for Sam! Bless his little trouble-making socks

Molly still hitting a bit at nursery. According to them, she does it kinda slyly, and waits til you aren't looking before smacking you round the chops and laughing

She is getting a bit better though. A bit.

SuperSoph73 · 22/09/2009 15:20

Hey Ellie, you just made me chuckle However, you need to tell her that her future MIL will not tolerate that sort of behaviour
