LadyStealthPolarBear · 15/09/2009 13:57

No I don't and I don't even think DH is that bothered for once - still we both just want this baby out
Just noticed you've started a thread about a 2yo pestering your mum in a pub - lol and at that, I'd never let T be entertained by your mum for the entire duration of our meal

LadyStealthPolarBear · 15/09/2009 13:58

right off to have my blood taken and no doubt be told that the baby will be at least another week yet

geordieminx · 15/09/2009 14:00

Am very about it - wish it would drop out of active conv.

Getting a bit silly - the little girl spends her entire time harrasing bloke that are trying to have a quiet pint - mum doesnt mind so much - you know whats she's like with kids but its very embarrasing. She was going round giving everyone kisses on the lips last week - complete strangers

LadyStealthPolarBear · 15/09/2009 14:03

Ooh I haven't read it all, has it kicked off?
Think I'll stay out of it then, I agree with you but just found it amusing!
Tell your mum if they want to arrange another one we'd be very grateful and this time there'll be 2 for them to entertain - one each

geordieminx · 15/09/2009 14:07

No - just terrified the woman in question is a MN'er and she'll see it, and know its me and then mum will kill me. Dead.

elkiedee · 15/09/2009 23:11

SOL, grr at your FIL - what does he expect from a 6 year old?

Dooby, sorry that your ds is finding things difficult.

Now, where's that polar bear cub? Must remember to keep tabs on my phone - the last couple of birth announcements I've received on it took me a couple of days to notice .

Saw my mum today which was nice but disappointed by the weather, as I'd thought we could all go and play in the park but threatened rain turned into a real downpour. Forecast tomorrow is sunny intervals so I'm hoping I get a chance to dry some of our washing.

Hi to everyone else.

Sexonlegs · 16/09/2009 07:47

Morning all.

We have gone over 500 posts; anyone able to start up another thread???

SPB..... where are you....??

Hi Elkie, weather was pants here yesterday as well. Hope you get a better day today.

Dooby, hope ds1 is ok.

Hi to everyone else - need to head and get the girls sorted for school etc.

Back later. x

ScarletBandit · 16/09/2009 09:29

Morning ladies

I won't even attempt to start a new thread, I have just got in after a night shift and my brain is struggling with basic functions atm!

SOL, hope things with FIL are a little less strained now

SPB, have you gone off to have your baby?! I am sorry, I know that question must be driving you insane just now but I couldn't resist!

Off to bed now ladies, see you soon xx

LadyStealthPolarBear · 16/09/2009 09:56

morning, no, of course not after all I am only 4 days overdue Internet connection died this morning thank goodness I've sorted it.
Any ideas on keeping T entertained while moving as little as possible today?

geordieminx · 16/09/2009 10:15

Get the pots and pans out and some dried pasta and let him cook/make noise?

LadyStealthPolarBear · 16/09/2009 10:31

That's a good idea! Will do that this afternoon - at the moment he is entertained by running round nappy-less again and turning the room into a banana smeared obstacle course. Think I'll wait until 4 and then just blitz with the hoover and dettol
