cazboldy · 14/08/2009 13:24

it's lovely oooggs

Cailin has furniture very similar to that!

Really like the fact that it is feminine/girly without having to go down disney/character route, should last a few years too

I just did charlie and harry's room a couple of weeks ago, now that james has his own room, just need to make the curtains - to cut a long story short it is very blue with lots of tractors!

StealthBearWipesBumOnDailyMail · 14/08/2009 13:33

hi everyone
love that dress caz

Sexonlegs · 14/08/2009 19:00

Caz, gorgeous dress

Oooggs, gorgeous room

SBP mad new name- pray tell

Runny, glad the cmaping was such a huge success. Dh is taking the girls tomorrow for the night.

Right, need to do bath, but back later. xx

StealthBearWipesBumOnDailyMail · 14/08/2009 20:06

thought you were talking about my choice of baby name and was quite offended!!
will be back soon with a link

StealthBearWipesBumOnDailyMail · 14/08/2009 20:07

MN threads to appear weekly in Daily Mail

Sexonlegs · 14/08/2009 20:34

Oh SPB I love the name Alice.

runnyhabbit · 15/08/2009 10:24

Can any of you help here

cazboldy · 15/08/2009 13:55

runny, sorry he is struggling with it is it possible for him to have any 1-1 lessons?

If no I would leave i for a while tbh. He is still very little really, or can he stay in the group he is confident in?

POTC · 15/08/2009 16:38

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I have a computer again (and feel a bit silly as it was really simple and I could have got it fixed ages ago!)

Am slowly catching up on news but brief rundown of news from here -

I left work in July and have reached tolerance point now

Have a new job which is less hours so will be able to do school drop off and pick up every day and is closer to home so will hopefully improve family life too

J still has no contact with his dad, he stopped contacting us back in May and hasn't replied to any texts or made any attempt to get in touch since. Skott saw him and had a chat about work and not once did he ask about J

M goes on holiday tomorrow with grandma and grandad. Last time he went J was 6 weeks old and I hit my lowest point ever (which Dippy and you lovely ladies got me out of and I will be forever grateful for that ) so I'm working on staying positive for this time around (and have already asked Dippy if we can visit for the day!)

Skott starts full time work on Monday so no more getting him to pop round and help out, the boys will really miss him being around all the time

I think that's everything here, has been a mad few months really, was very sad to leave work and in limbo for a while but pleased now we can get settled again.

oh, SPB - love the name Alice, watch out for Dylan though, you haven't met Squish (She knows I love him really )

Have missed you all so much, was most annoyed I could facebook and twitter from mobile but couldn't get MN

xx

cazboldy · 15/08/2009 17:08

HELLLOOOOOO!!!

speak of the devil............. there is going to be a meet up in diss the week after next

see here

you can come here before/after/some other time that suits if you like

StealthBearWipesBumOnDailyMail · 15/08/2009 18:23

HI everyone
Nice to see you again POTC
Sorry to hear J's dad is being an arse again - nothing ever changes

POTC · 15/08/2009 18:43

Indeed it doesn't SPB
For example, I have just spent the entire 2 hours since my last post reading the DM thread (and completely agree with all your posts btw) when I should have been packing M's suitcase

We saw the Twunt in town today - first time it's happened since he buggered off. We had just walked up to a food vendor and spotted him just ahead of us in the queue. I ran away. Just couldn't face the possibility of him completely blanking his son . I guess I should have been the bigger person and spoken to him but just couldn't do it.

Caz - will have a look at the meet-up and would love to visit

oooggs · 15/08/2009 19:30

POTC - great to have you back, J doesn't need that tosser of a man who is supposed to be his Dad. He has you and your support network (Uncle Skott sounds fantastic)

Katy - Dylan is a dodgy name (he is actually lovely as are his siblings) I also like Alice - it is so close

SOL - hope you are having a nice night on your own

Caz - if James has his own room now, do you have Harry & Charlie sharing and Caitlin & Molly sharing? hows it going?

L under the weather at the moment - pesky teeth - E is near on potty trained (she is doing better than James!!!) - Jack can wait until he is 5!!!!

POTC · 15/08/2009 21:16

Just written a really long post and then decided I shouldn't post it on here just in case Twunt is reading or his family are.

Will email it to those of you I can find email addresses for (am now using hotmail not yahoo) and feel free to pass it on, just need sane opinions on something

POTC · 15/08/2009 21:26

Apologies to those of you who got it and wondered why on earth you got it, apologies too to anyone I've missed out, and apologies to Pesha for sending it twice but I didn't know which was the right email address

cazboldy · 15/08/2009 21:39

Yep that's right Oooggs

All going very well - surpriingly so actually. The boys have bunks, to give them more room, and molly is in Charlies old toddler bed in with caitlin (when she is not in my bed)

She has had a mega tantrum tonight as she didn't want a nappy on for bed, and took it off about 4 times, o i have given up, and she has gone to bed without!

Dh has really pissed me off tonight too

POTC · 15/08/2009 21:49

What's up Caz?

You lot must have been lurking because the responses to my email were very fast

oooggs · 15/08/2009 21:50

oh dear caz (about dh) hope he redeems himself soon

Erin had a nappy on when put in her pjs but it came off so she could wee in the potty (ds1 would just have wee'd in the nappy). She is ok to go to bed in it though.

cazboldy · 15/08/2009 21:56

it sounds daft, but he has stacked a load of straw in near my hay, and the ponies will reach up and eat it, and they will have to clamber over all my stuff and make a mess every time they need a bale, but what has REALLY annoyed me, is that he didn't ask/tell me (as he knew I would be pissed off) and he isn't even sorry

and he took the mickey when i went running tonight, and I am watching what I eat and he isn't helping

and well evtrything about him is really grating on me atm

and I want some chocolate

and I want a shag, but I am not going afer one now!!!!!

(sorry about that last bit, but you did ask, and once I started it all came pouring out!)

oooggs · 15/08/2009 22:03

bloody men you stick to your guns, get fit (I am impressed) tone up/loose weight whatever you want to do (for yourself) and he can poke it you can have you shag tomorrow when it suits you

cazboldy · 15/08/2009 22:06

Thanks I feel better now! Plus I have just had a coffee, with a good slug of whiskey in it

cazboldy · 15/08/2009 22:07

I know what I meant to ask..... who bought your buggy? a childminder or someone else as mad as you?

oooggs · 15/08/2009 22:22

a childminder in north wales, she has a 4 mth old, 5 mth old and 20 mth old!!!! to transport

It is being collected by courier on Monday and she paid me what I paid for it

cazboldy · 15/08/2009 22:24

can't be bad!

POTC · 15/08/2009 22:53

Caz, you always want a shag
