very nice
Sorry to be a misery again but do you remember the guy we went to school with who died recently? I posted asking how someone could die of a heart attack at 30. Well it turns out that wasn't the case at all, he hung himself after an argument with his wife.

StealthPolarBear · 11/05/2009 19:02

Sorry to post and run but I'm still getting to grips with how I feel. On the one hand I feel sorry for him as he must have had huge problems, on the other hand I think you chose to leave your wife with a toddler and a newborn when she was probably still recovering physically from the birth. And it seems out of spite.

CaptainDippy · 11/05/2009 19:12

It is very selfish SPB ; but that is how desperate some people get unfortunately His poor wife and thier poor child. Prayers for them. xx

Great cake MJ

StealthPolarBear · 11/05/2009 19:15

Dippy hope you are feeling better?
I asked M if he could say letter F today[as he can't...says h instead]after a long pause he said NO
When I ask if he has had a poo he bellows no WEE[and is righr!]xx

Sexonlegs · 11/05/2009 20:28

Evening all.

Runny, glad the tooth is ok. Poor little love.

MJ, you sound a lot perkier. Hope things are ok and you aren't too knackered!

SPB, how truly dreadful He must have been in a very dark place. Hope you are ok. xx

Dooby, I love those conversations with the lo's; makes me smile.

Dippy, at the size of Solomon!

Erm... brain gone blank now.

Still feeling pants, and it has now gone to my chest - eughh. Went over to my parents today which was just lovely; just me and K. Their house looks out on to fields, and there are lots of horses there, including a 2-week old foal. Gorgeous

Hope everyone is ok. xx

cazboldy · 11/05/2009 20:31

bless him Dooby

Oh that is so sad SPB , when we were kids my sister's friends dad gassed himself in the car...... he was ill..... but the worst thing he did was leave a note to his wife saying it was all her fault ( which it wasn't at all).... it nearly drove her crazy!

Good news about the tooth Runny

oooggs · 11/05/2009 20:58

Ever feel like the world is going too fast and that you can't keep up?? Jack is really hard to get to bed (since going into a bed) depriving them of daytime sleep now to hope that helps.

cazboldy · 11/05/2009 21:38

SOL - hope your chest clears. xx Charlie and Molly's noses have been streaming today.....

Oooggs - In all honesty my house is awful....... I make sure that the kids are happy, then the animals, and then the house... in that order. It will still be there tomorrow.....
I do make sure that the washing is always done, and the dishwasher kept loaded, and the kitchen and bathroom are cleaned every day, but I never get done everything. Today I have done everything else, but I haven't hoovered. I stripped the boys beds, and mucked out their room though.

I probably should try a bit harder tbh, but like now, I am knackered......

today has gone a bit like this

up at just after 6
quick bath
make sure ds1 has everything
pack lunches
get breakfasts
get everyone dressed
leave home at 8.35

home 9am
vet here to vaccinate bryn

in to grab Charlie's playgroup bag, and off to playgroup at 9.35.

petrol light is on, so go home via garage

home just after 10

hang out some washing, and get in what I put out last night

clear breakfast things

make beds

walk dogs quickly

out to muck out the ponies

go and collect charlie at 12pm

nip to tescos as he needs a lunchbox for wednesday (he is staying a playgroup for lunch)

home at half one

lunch

more washing

friend pops in for a coffee

off to do school run

home at half 3

cook the bolegnese for tea

go out to swap over the ponies and do haynets for tonight.

tidy up,
boys room and strip and change their beds

wash up lunchboxes etc

get ds1 sorted for cricket and take him there

home for tea

little ones in bath

listen to harry and caitlin read and do spellings

go and pick up ds1

get ds1 some tea

make harry and caitlin have a bath (as dh has fallen asleep on the sofa

go out and sort ponies for the night

make sure all are in bed

hang out some more wsahing and get in previous and put another load on for the morning.

tidy kitchen and load dishwasher

now I am here!

cazboldy · 11/05/2009 21:40

christ I am surprised I remembered all that!

that seems a lot more organised than I am in RL

anyway, the short answer is no, I don't have a routine......

elkiedee · 11/05/2009 23:07

CD, sorry to hear you're feeling down, hope it gets better. Congratulations to your friend and her new DS.

SPB, learning that must be quite shocking and quite disturbing for you when it's someone you were at school with and the two little ones as well.

CaptainDippy · 12/05/2009 07:50

Caz, you are Super Woman!!

Argh, oldest girls screaming at each other .....

MJreturns · 12/05/2009 08:26

Haven't caught up yet but I am very and because the agency haven't bloody paid me, despite the fact that they assured me yesterday that they would.
I will be on the phone as soon as I get back from the school run

StealthPolarBear · 12/05/2009 08:41

Mj why?? Hope you're giving them hell!

MJreturns · 12/05/2009 09:25

Apparently my pay should be in the bank, but it isn't. They have told me to check at lunchtime and then get back to them if it still isn't there. I can't see that it will be, I have already called the bank and they said there are no transactions coming into my account today.
I am bloody furious.
If it isn't there at lunchtime then I am going to ask for an automatic transfer. I need my money!
