I went to Science Museum today with a couple of ladies from t'other PN thread. Journey was hard work with no bloody lifts at the stations, but had a good day regardless.

Nowt else to report.
Ooh, except that ds has only woken for 1 feed per night for the last 4 or so nights.

Jas · 07/07/2009 07:08

Well done on braving London Underground csws Did dd like it?

WE are busy with end of term shows and stuff. I am going to be spending almost as much time as the girls at school this week.

DP is still working but moaning alot I have discovered we get on alot better when he is not working....

CantSleepWontSleep · 07/07/2009 08:47

she would have done if I'd taken her! She went swimming with daddy and then to school. The journey was tough enough on a route with no lifts as it was. I think we will do a family trip over the summer.

We have dd's first school show next week. She is a bike racer.

Funny that about dp. We get on better when dh is working. Am sure it's nothing to do with the fact that that puts him hundreds of miles away .

Nothing to report here either

Me and dh def get on better when he's at work. He's already finished ready for the baby coming and doesn't go back til 24th July. He's annoying me

Ds has had 6 out of 7 dry nights now. Still not risking no nappy yet though

EachPeachPearMum · 07/07/2009 21:44

Umm well, we are suffering eczema hell... but I think I won't bore you with it. [guilty mummy angst emoticon]
Have been driving my other PN thread mad with it instead

Frizbe- will try and remember to email you my address for cat thing, thank you.

Am I weird? I love having DH home... house is tidier when he's on site though!

Jas · 08/07/2009 07:33

EPPM - Please bore us with it.....I have just had t read the last weeks worth of your pn thread to catch up
Will post after school run.

EachPeachPearMum · 08/07/2009 10:01

Jas! I was trying to spare you (it takes me all day to keep up with that lot, goodness knows how you managed?)
Short story is- am dairy free, ds is suffering still, impetigo still hasn't gone, his skin is red and livid (though, of course not when we're actually in the gps office ) his tummy is red and cracked, his nappy area is red and dry, his penis still has cracks and bleeding, his ankles and neck are horrific, he is a scratch, wrigglyy little monster and I don;t blame him
Oh and he looks like hitler, due to hair slicked down because of being permanently emolliated (if thats a word)

am v fed up and guilt-wracked, and sad...

But he is a happy little soul who actually is already saying "Papa" if you can believe that followed by an enormous grin. (and "hello")

Jas · 08/07/2009 10:10

I did skim over everyone else's news!

You should know by now I am to nosey not to look

Does the gp have any longer term suggestions? I was treated for psoriasis for years by my gp (unsuccessfully) and when he finally referred me to a dermatologist, it was infected eczema, and although this is the first year since I had children that my legs have been totally scab-free, it did get alot more manageable with a specialist involved.

I do hope it improves soon for him. It isn't nice for a little one, and very upsetting for you, too.

mustrunmore · 08/07/2009 11:15

I'm skimming too.
We had fantastic thunder
Bob Monkhouse... just a guy at work.
did boxing last night.. loved it

TheFool · 08/07/2009 19:11

Reading but no brain power to post (have a cold)

Frizbe · 08/07/2009 21:54

So are you taking up boxing then MRM?

Undergound not fun without lifts CSWS, I tried that once with a suitcase...and that was bad enough!

I can't tell if dh and I get on better at home or work I think home, as work I make sure we're as seperated as can be, too many cooks and all that

Was giggling at end of term concerts, we have one too, no specific roles, just a theme of the beach! hat, shorts and tshirts requested.

Frizbe · 08/07/2009 21:55

EPPM sorry to hear ds suffering with his excema, dd2's was great this am, once she'd been swimming it flared again
Did you see the thread about using curry leaves, I was pondering trying it!

mustrunmore · 09/07/2009 17:32

Curry leaves?

Lol, boxing was a one off unfortunately. It was a summer special class instead of combat, one week only. Shame! Did step last night, god I'm crap!! But I did do a 5km run then an hours body attack first

EachPeachPearMum · 09/07/2009 19:07

Hmmm Frizbe- that thread was a little contentious actually...

boxing sounds fun!

DS has teething rash to complement his eczema today! Lovely...

we're thinking of going to Legoland tomorrow haven't told DD or she'd never sleep...

Frizbe · 09/07/2009 19:33

Ooooh EPPM I wanna come!! instead the highlight of my day will either be, a) picking up a hire car, as dh is nicking ours for the weekend and I refuse to be stuck again or b) the school fair (which contains Meridians cakes, so will be very happy me if I can get my mitts on some)
I never saw the end of that thread

Phoenix GOOD LUCK for tomorrow, hope all goes swimmingly and you're not too sore afterwards, don't forget your dh has CSWS's announcement time to beat
Enjoy your last night of sleep for a while!

MRM, you are an exercise addict

Sooo got home from work to two very tired girls, dd1 been on school trip, just made it through tea, then crawled off to bed. Dd2 was already asleep on the sofa, has two huge cuts on her knees, fell off the kerb this afternoon when out with my mum and her excema is popping up all over too......stuck a nappy on her and carried her to bed, praying she sleep through!

mustrunmore · 09/07/2009 20:34

pic of latest tattooo on my profile...

EachPeachPearMum · 09/07/2009 20:34

Oooooooohh Phoenix! best of luck for tomorrow...can't believe you get to meet your little DS2...so exciting
Hope you're up and about super-quickly.

aw bless tired babies... dd was shattered today too- last day of nursery school for her... she is a bit non-plussed by the concept of school holidays!

CantSleepWontSleep · 09/07/2009 20:46

Is that your back mrm?

Good luck for tomorrow Phoenix. Very exciting!

EachPeachPearMum · 09/07/2009 21:29
