EachPeachPearMum · 26/03/2009 11:30

Better than last time anyway Phoenix! was about 40 times, I think!

How are you feeling? Not too tired atm?

damewashalot · 26/03/2009 12:29

Hello! not on here very often but at least when I am I come straight to say hello to you guys
I've missed far too much to catch up but having had a quick glance at the end of the last thread I'm thinking I need to do a happy dance for flame?????

How are you all? quick update would be nice please.

When is phoenix due?

Not much to tell here, everyone has been ill on and off for weeks and it's my turn this week, I have huge tonsils and feel rotten but I'm a mother I'll cope

I did my first Nappuccino yesterday, do other places have them or is it a local scheme? you know - look at nappies, drink coffee type thing.

Well I'm off to sip hot lemon and honey.

There you go, lots of one liners combined in one post to save space on the thread

Flamesparrow · 26/03/2009 18:05

Some do some don't Dame. You can dance, but dance somewhere I can't see you so I don't feel too worn out by it.

Sick, tired, bullies making my baby's life a misery - no child should come out of school and well up with tears when you ask how her day was

Stupid laptop is knackered. Dh did some googling and it seems its a problem with toshiba laptops so to save arseing about trying to fix it i'm gonna get a new one and cos Dh has just agreed to us having a 4d scan but now that money will have to be used on a new laptop.

Phoenix · 26/03/2009 19:40

Frizbe · 26/03/2009 23:36

Phoenix our laptop with the knackered mouse is a Toshiba! figures...

Flame {{{Hugs}}} for B, small girls can be horrible stuff that in fact, girls in general can be horrible, thankfully when your older you can find your friends eh, unlike the horrible schooling system, where you have to put up with a peer group.

EPPM, yep 34D , if your happy to hang onto it for a bit, I'll grab it next time I'm Brum way.
Yay for boob sorting out

Jas yay for ds being well finally too

Have been merrily listing on ebay tonight, bundles, will see if I can sell anything!

mustrunmore · 27/03/2009 13:49

Sorry for ignoring the rest of you.

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/03/2009 20:41

Copied from my other thread:

We had a fire today and our shed burnt down, our new patio is ruined, our bedroom windows are all cracked (outer pane of double glazing), guttering is melted, and our new v expensive cafe style doors have possibly warped too. Dh was at home and we had 2 fire engines in attendance. Entire contents of shed (bikes, fridge, freezer, all dh's tools in wheely cabinet, airconditioning unit, posh garden parasol etc etc) are no more - just a mass of ash and bits of metal.
We are just so thankful that we moved our oil tank in the building works a couple of months ago, as that was butting up against the shed until then, and it would prob have blown up our entire house and next door's if that had gone up.

EachPeachPearMum · 27/03/2009 21:46

What on earth happened? Electrical fault? Thank goodness you are all okay- doesn't bear thinking about what could have happened

Hope dd wasn't scared. (though maybe liked having the fire tenders?)

You must be gutted after just having all the work done though what a nightmare to put right, just as things were normal again.

EachPeachPearMum · 27/03/2009 21:49

Meant to say- had a whole thread in the talk round-up this week! (google streetview... 2nd link)

Jas · 27/03/2009 22:07

CSWS. So glad you are all ok, but what a rotten thing to have happen.

Flame - also for dd. How was school today? Is anything being done by the school to sort out the problem?

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/03/2009 22:48

They think electrical fault.
Me and the kids were out all day, so dh had to deal with it all until we came home after tea.
Not sure if everything insured or not, as poss too high value, and can't find any ref to whether patios insured in schedule.
V tired, going to bed.

Have I imagined that it might be flame's b'day today? If not, then happy birthday.

EachPeachPearMum · 27/03/2009 22:52

It is Flame's birthday
Happy Birthday Flame... what's left of it.
It's our best friend's birthday today too!

Jas · 27/03/2009 23:12

Sorry Flame .....Happy (slightly late) birthday
