Flame- will you stick with Welsh names?
mrm- wow- good going! (hope you are feeling a bit better... and didn't fall over!)

Well- another gorgeous day at the botanical gardens for us (think we will practically live there this summer)... picnic, band playing, children running around in Brownian motion... Ah!
My 2 were both asleep in bed by 7pm- fabulous. (I am having early night to make up for last night... they played yoyo with me, so I had around 3 hours sleep, meh.

mustrunmore · 19/04/2009 21:36

Nope, didnt fall over at all! Toook me 1hr 37m though

It was a lovely day, wasnt it?

I like Angharad and Ffion, and I like Geraint even thou its a bit oldmanish. Let me think what else I like. Oh, Tudur obviously.

mustrunmore · 19/04/2009 21:39

Oh, and I love Owain and Cerys.

Flamesparrow · 19/04/2009 21:59

You are nuts, but well done.

Mine took ages to go to sleep, but got there in the end. I sooooo need school tomorrow!

Yes, sticking with welsh names. Owain has been vetoed already and Angharad is my cousin. I really can see us just squabbling for months and not deciding on anything

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 20/04/2009 09:45

Why's Owain vetoed?

Flamesparrow · 20/04/2009 09:52

Cos Boy doesn't like it.

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 20/04/2009 09:56

Ignore him. Its great.

Flamesparrow · 20/04/2009 09:57

Ah but then I would have to accept some of the random names I hate that he thinks are great

OP posts:
mustrunmore · 20/04/2009 12:48

Flamesparrow · 20/04/2009 17:31

Hello

We got back on Saturday, but I am tired and lazy and still haven't read the thread I've missed

Holiday was lovely, despite ds being the destroyer of everything he touches.

We have spent the day trying to rig up a system to prevent him escaping after losing him this morning. He got to the end of the road, and crossed the main road before I even noticed he'd gone (and was then looking at the other end of the road where the brook is)

He is back and unharmed, but I still have that sick feeling of dread.

I'll try and come back tonight and read what I've missed. Hope everyone is ok.

Flamesparrow · 20/04/2009 19:43

Glad he is ok!

Me n Phoenix both have scan pics on profile

Jas, scary. Glad he's ok. Welcome home, hope you had a good hol

That's not fair Flame, we need to know names

Jas · 20/04/2009 19:58

Ooooh. Love the 4d pics Phoenix.

Flame, is that a current bump pic, too? Do you find out the sex of yours? (Completely forgotten if you are going to, and even if it is possible yet)

Flamesparrow · 20/04/2009 20:05

That was 11+5 - sticking up 13+5 now.

No to finding out the sex at any point With the names, prefer people the bitch about the choice privately when we actually have a baby than to my face beforehand

Flamesparrow · 20/04/2009 20:07

We decided against Tad because Tad Powell was a smidge to close to Tadpole

CantSleepWontSleep · 20/04/2009 20:39

Welcome back Jas, and eek at boy escaping. You should talk to vvvqv - she has an escape artist for a son too.

mustrunmore · 20/04/2009 21:44

HGi jas Flame, you really make me alugh

Jas · 20/04/2009 21:56

Your typing makes me ulagh, too

It makes mine seem ok.

EachPeachPearMum · 20/04/2009 22:18

Hi Jas! Glad holiday was good... but not so good for escaping.
Off to bed, ready for DD's early start tomorrow... the last name tape is in the uniform.... am very nervous for her.
She was a little hellion this evening.... screaming abdabs over everything. She was very tired, but still, I think she is anxious, but she won't/hasn't said anything
She was an angel all day until 6:15.

mustrunmore · 21/04/2009 09:59

Something in the air Jas; ds2 managed to open fronmt door himself this morninig and legged it off down road to find daddy only stopped when he ran into a bin!

CantSleepWontSleep · 21/04/2009 21:54

How was school EPPM?

Flamesparrow · 21/04/2009 22:37

Dude fell off the top of the big slide at the park today. Found him flat on his back (was stopping a friend's toddler escaping at the time, not just normal neglect). Seems ok after a few tears, but guess we'll see in the morning if the non-pain feeling boy has a blue swollen arm or something!

OP posts:
EachPeachPearMum · 21/04/2009 23:23

Oh Flame- I hope he's okay- that is a long way to fall, poor boy.

Well- DD enjoyed her first day... can't remember anything she did in typical fashion ( I never could either). She seems to have watered flowers at one point
Oh, and she spilled lasagne all down her dress- it is stained orange... we only got 1 dress because it's summer uniform, and she'll only get 12 weeks wear from it... and they are £34 a pop
I am not a happy mama tonight.... 1st day!

CantSleepWontSleep · 22/04/2009 07:05

Can you not get the stain out eppm?
