sorry didn't mean to imply you'd have to get the old hunters dirty, just meant those about you whilst you watched on and marvelled at all the spring lambs

poppysocks · 22/02/2009 22:04

Looks fab VG! I would def. recommend no. 11. It's EXACTLY where I'm from and can confirm it is gorgeous with loads of great stuff to do around there for boys of both ages. Know the area of No. 20 well too and would be great too. Would be easy to get to with a flight Dublin-Bournemouth.

VG am well jealous of your new car, we've been eyeing up a Golf funnily enough as the Fiesta is starting to sound rather hoarse and knackered. Had to laugh at your mention of Yop-spilling though - you do know that 'dropping the Yop' is a euphemism, right?

no1 I love my Ittis, have been very pleasantly surprised that such a slim-fitting nappy can contain so much effluence.

Well ok, if you fly to Bristol you will drive past my house (almost...) so have to pop in for coffee.
If you fly to Exeter you are only 45 mins away so I am coming for coffee.
If you fly to Penzance it's a wee bit too far.
Stalker, moi?!

poppysocks · 22/02/2009 22:23

LOL Dizzy and VG! Not really from anywhere due to utterly itinerant childhood but I went to school down there and it's where my Mum and her family are from. When I disappear south to see family that's where I go (and that's why I get so worked up about the journey with two tiny girls stowed in the back ). Accent a product of education rather than region sadly .

Love the look of the farms VG and actually thinking it might be a better option than my Mum's on a future trip and DD! would love, love, love it. Yes, that's where the next meet-up should be. None of this urban bar nonsense. Down on the farm that's where we should be...

April in a tent in Scotland, cold? No. Never. Honestly. Come to see us. Please, pretty please! Desperate stalker, moi?

ataraxis · 22/02/2009 22:28

Right, that's me to bed.

Back to school run tomorrow after a week of lie-ins .

Sleep well all.
