Just a quickie to say Sybil - so pleased that you are finally getting to feed Jamie when he's awake

Sybil, can you update me on Jamie's feeding? Has he never fed while he has been awake, sorry I don't remember you posting about this . Have you had problems feeding him all this time?

I am just sneaking in to whisper... the twins slept through the night . This time last week I was getting up six times a night but after a few night of refusing to feed them and leaving them to cry and they are sleeping through again [relieved].

morning all,

neenz glad your hard love is paying off, Must be a nightmare when one wakes then the others. I left Isaac for about 20 mins last night, until DH got up and said just feed him

sybil Glad you have started being able to feed Jamie while awake, that must be a nightmare feeding only when asleep.

I have had the first evidence this morning that food is going into Isaac (sliced red pepper in his nappy). DH is unhappy changing dirty nappies at the best of times so this is just going to make things a whole lot worse !!

Yesterday it must have been cold as I put the nappies on the washing line to dry and when I bought them in they were Frozen, so I had to tumble them anyway (not enough radiator or drying space in this house)

Quick Q, does anyone know how to get the smell of cigarette smoke out of soft toys? My sis gave Isaac some Winnie the Pooh toys for christmas but her partner and his parents are smokers and so there is a smell in them, I have washed them and hung them on the line but the smell is still there. I can't remember if it is baking powder or Bicarb of Soda that can remove smells Help

Thanks Neen I have tried carrot and brocoli today. He does gag/choke quite a bit though! He had some toast yesterday and stole my DH's ham (but I intercepted that before it got eaten)

Sorry not read much until I got to Systems bit and need to post before i forget! Systems - please tell me about the hydocortisone for eczema. Luke has it everywhere - it bothers him most on his face and he scratches it so much it bleeds. What brand and can you use it on babies etc...

PS will everyone change their names back on the twelfth night?

Allnew that rash is exctly what Luke has all over his back and chest and tummy. I thought it was part of the eczema. If you find out a. what it is or b. what to do to make it go, please let me know! Luke has had it since before he was weaning so as far as I know it's not an allergy.
