TALLULAHBELLE · 02/12/2008 19:22

Summer sounds good idea to me too Natty.

LittleMissNorty · 02/12/2008 19:23

Evening

There is NO way I'm even thinking about potty training....or getting out of a cot. I'm quite happy that she is in a cot and can't get out....luckily I don't have a climber. Can't think of anything worse than DD being able to get out of bed...

We've not been able to use babygro's for a while as she just rips all the poppers open and examines her boobies....and shows everyone else

Don't you that are moving so close to Xmas.....I completed on this house on 17th Dec 4 years ago....last day of business before Xmas and it was a nightmare.....then my solicitor "forgot" to pay my stamp duty and I got fined for it ....needless to say they paid the fine....but I was liable. Very stressful time to move house.

Trying not to panic here.....had a very uncomfortable afternoon yesterday and wasn't sure if it was stretching bump pains or my gall bladder again....and today I am itching like mad. I've looked up OC and there is very little anyone can do....but I'm trying not to get myself whipped into a frenzy of anxiety......scratching is sending me demented though

NattyTurkeyAndEggnog · 02/12/2008 19:25

hey TB!
hows are you? sorry to hear about all the hospital stuff, is the baby thats breech gonna be first out or second? is it possible if second out baby may turn round as room will have been made with the exit of twin one?
im no expert just wondering

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/12/2008 19:30

Evening all

No thoughts of potty training here either. And she can stay in her cot for a while longer too I think.

Hope you're OK Norty and that itching doesn't get you down too much. And T, hope things sort out for your twins' delivery.

OK, off to do next step of making tea...

NattyTurkeyAndEggnog · 02/12/2008 19:31

aw norty sorry ur uncomfortable, pregnancy sucks some times eh? if only we could squish the nine months into a week, SO much easier.. or maybe start laying eggs? or our DH's could start having them for us

move wont be to stressful. lucky i am only moving from one rented house to another, so u just hand over money and get keys. much less stressful as no banks, or solicitors involoved
plus ive moved house 6 times in 3 years now, so packing is easy for me, i have a system will only take a few evenings work

LeakyDAISYcal · 02/12/2008 19:31

sorry to hear about the itching norty. Are you going to call your MW or just wait till next visit?

LittleMissNorty · 02/12/2008 19:31

Aww Daisy....they're lovely. Blimey F has grown so quickly....he looks really scrummy.

and DD looks so grown up.....my DD is 18 months old today (I still get the monthly e-mails from BabyCentre and got my 18 month one today). Where has the time gone?

LittleMissNorty · 02/12/2008 19:33

Think I'll wait until Thursday....as its easier for me to get to the hospital for bloods on Thursday. I don't want the MW to panic me though....

LeakyDAISYcal · 02/12/2008 19:34

ikwym Norty. since having DS2 she seems like a proper toddler rather than a big baby.

I must get the photos off my old laptop and put up one of DS1 at the same age; Bumba is his spitting image!

and yes he is getting big....11 lbs big

TALLULAHBELLE · 02/12/2008 19:34

Twin 2 breech Natty. Chance could turn during birth of twin 1 could make things better or worse. Sort of a suck it & see situation.

Norty - I have piriton for the itching & also got an aqueous cream with menthol which is really soothing. Have you had LFTs done to rule out OC? Is it your bump or hands & feet too?

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/12/2008 19:40

Great pics Daisy, DS2 looks like he's taking a real interest in the world already and DD looks SO grown up!

LittleMissNorty · 02/12/2008 19:40

Hi Tallulah. From a person who can't stand ANY pain, I think you're very brave even considering doing 2 naturally....how many weeks are you now? Presumably, it could be very soon?

No I know I will prob need LFTs....everything itches, not so much the palms of my hands but in between my fingers and the sides of my feet....and also that little numb bit around my CS scar which is very odd. If its still the same tomorrow, I'll speak to MW after my lunchtime meeting....

LittleMissNorty · 02/12/2008 19:44

OMG I couldn't move 6 times in 3 years.....I'd end up a loony....I find moving incrediably stressful and haven't even done it with kids.

Where's Ria? Hasn't been around for a few days? And Holly?

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/12/2008 19:44

Sorry - LFTs?

LittleMissNorty · 02/12/2008 19:45

liver function tests Jammy.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/12/2008 19:47

Crikey I thought I had moved house a lot, but 6 times in 3 years beats it all!

Thankfully we've been here for 6 years and no plans to move in the foreseeable future

LittleMissNorty · 02/12/2008 19:47

Well I do work in a hospital and spoke to a colleague today (although the doctors I work with don't see "real" patients, just ones that have died / had bits removed) and she said bad OC has jaundice....and I don't have that I think, so won't worry too much!

right off for my roast lamb dinner

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/12/2008 19:47

Thanks Norty

NattyTurkeyAndEggnog · 02/12/2008 19:49

norty u just get on with it i suppose. i dohave a fantastic hubby that wont let me lift nothing lol

you know i think my stomach muscles are SHOT! i only 8 weeks yet my tummy is huge, it did this with ellen but i put it down to having only given birth 4 months previously.. i cant wear none of my jeans, and im fast running out of trousers that fit.. far to early for maternity jeans dresses maybe?

NattyTurkeyAndEggnog · 02/12/2008 20:04

i am very of your dinner norty we have only got mac cheese, we are on a major encomony drive to try and find some money to hire a van to move otherwise its gonna be like 10 trips in the car, and much more stressful!
