Hope everyone is keeping their chins up etc?

FiendishFairyFay · 28/10/2008 20:12

Daisy appears to be online on facebook, I will interrogate her as to her whereabouts..........

JammyOLantern · 28/10/2008 20:13

Trace and I are also doing that Seems that she's been shopping!

TALLULAHBELLE · 28/10/2008 20:14

How dare she leave us in the lurch like that

FiendishFairyFay · 28/10/2008 20:15

Disgraceful behaviour

LackaDAISYcal · 28/10/2008 20:16

I went to tesco is all . then we got back late and have only just done with dinner and getting the kids to bed.

did get lots of comments about being "fit to burst" and DH said my colour was coming and going a bit when I was having a tightening, but I don't think this is it just yet.

Am off to catch up on my scrabble games and the thread.

DH is watching a programme about dead animals exploding on C5. they are trying to recreate an exploding sperm whale in Taiwan by decomposing pigs and then autopsying them

FiendishFairyFay · 28/10/2008 20:18

Glad all ok Daisy, you know how we worry............

RiallyEeRiaee · 28/10/2008 20:21

thrilling TV daisy. we are learning why female stags want to shag male ones. or maybe that was last night?

JammyOLantern · 28/10/2008 20:21

You keep saying this isn't it Daisy, but one day soon it IS going to be it!

Was Jamlet's last day at nursery today. I went in with DH to collect her (normally it is just him) and say bye to the staff. When we got home there was a card and present in her bag And all the diary sheets from when she started back in January and a folder of pictures and writing about her and what she likes to do. Really lovely [big soppy emoticon] Trial session at her new nursery tomorrow. Just an hour, then a few hours on Friday. I thought I might take the diary and stuff in so they can see what she's been like and what she likes to do.

JammyOLantern · 28/10/2008 20:22

Mind, reading this stuff about was also a little sad, a bit like reading an obituary

LackaDAISYcal · 28/10/2008 20:24

and no I'm not in labour just yet. Still lots of pains, but not regular and not getting anyworse and certainly nothing of note to show for it down below.

virgil is under strict instructions to wait till at lease Thursday night as DH is off to lincs tomorrow morning and won't be back till Thursday evening.

I have stocked up on grapes (a tip from LAdyTophamHatt) and some evening primrose oil so will be applying it before I go to bed tonight (couldn't face the hubby induced alternative )

hey DKMA.....not seen you about for ages. How's tricks?

FiendishFairyFay · 28/10/2008 20:25

That sounds lovely Jammy

TALLULAHBELLE · 28/10/2008 20:26

How sweet of the nursery Jammy. Hope she gets on as well with the new one.

Poor Daisy - you're obviously getting no peace from us till Virgil arrives. Try online shopping in future. Then you can flick between MN & Tescos & no one will comment on how fit to drop you are.

LackaDAISYcal · 28/10/2008 20:28

things like that are lovely to keep jammy . We have all DSs playgroup and nursery stuff, as well as the cards he got from the ward and theatre when he was in on his second birthday.

Trace, sorry that the fundo op hasn't helped with the seizures . Praying for you all that they find out what's causing them sooner rather than later.

DKMA · 28/10/2008 20:31

Hey daisy!
Do u still need that seat base? DH will be passing Leeds next Friday if u want it dropping off?
U've prob got one already sorted now tho - sorry for being so crap about it!

LackaDAISYcal · 28/10/2008 20:40

that would be lovely of him DKMA. We hadn't got anything else sorted yet, as the seat can go in on the seat belt, so it's not been high in our list of prioriteis....in fact we only thought about it when DH got the car seat down from the attic on Sunday.

I'll FB you

DKMA · 28/10/2008 20:44

brill - I'll get the details of his trip so you know what time etc he'll be passing
