Hola everyone well had a busy weekend did a 10 k walk round chatsworth yesterday for breast cancer it was good but all uphill so I am shattered. Took the kids today to the woods and spent 2 hours there thought I was lost but actually aidan new the way how bad is that when your dh says put aidan on the phone and he is asking him to show me the way !!!!

Very excited booked mine and eah hotel for dublin however found out on saturday that it is the six nations rugby ireland vs france that weekend so hotels are a fortune but at all those lovely men.

eandh · 27/10/2008 15:39

Hotel looks fab mate thanks for sorthing that >

Reggiee · 27/10/2008 20:44

When is it you're both going to Dublin again?

10km walk is impressive Lal. But pmsl that you nearly got lost in the woods and needed A to help!

PCF how's the sickness going? Mine has pretty much gone now. Was only sick twice last week and been fine over the weekend. Even managing to stay up later now. Got to go to hospital to see a consultant tomorrow, but not quite sure why. It was originally as part of the NHS scan, but was cancelled as I had a private scan. Then I get another letter saying even though I'm not having a scan I still have to go in to see the dr . It gives me an early opportunity to quiz the hospital on my options for the birth though.

Eah sounds like you had fun with the clocks going back this weekend. P managed to stay in bed until 6am when I made dh get up to see to her. I fell back to sleep until 7.30am - bliss! Haven't even considered names yet, but am open to suggestions. Particularly names for boys - we struggled last time.

LTH nothing missed here. It's been quiet. How's things in the TophamHatt household?

2H you're a bogey Brilliant . I think I am a boy in disguise

Vino hope you had a good weekend and it wasn't too wet. Good news re the P&T. I hope you get a satisfactory conclusion.
Managed to put P's hair in bunches. So sweet, but makes her look really old. (A little girl 'old' iykwim).

laughalot · 28/10/2008 13:28

Reg we go the 7th feb sooo excited. I think you might have a boy this time round . How about Aidan, harrison, elliott, ben, thomas, kian, hayden, charlie, max, bailey, harry of course aidan has to be your top choice .

Uploaded a pic of the woods actually thats not true eah helped me with the pic (dont ask) me and tech just dont go.

Reggiee · 28/10/2008 18:46

Lal you have picked two of my top five boys names from when I was picking for P. Most impressive .

Eah a lovely surprise was waiting for me when I got home today. Thank you so much . I've sent you an email.

Well I was summoned to the hospital for an appointment this morning, and when I got there it was merely to talk to the consultant about what birth I wanted . Bit early if you ask me, and I was told by the mw I wouldn't need to decide until c 35 weeks. Anyway, this consultant went on and on about how bad it would be to not have continual monitoring (even said my baby may die ). I guess I got a very pro CS doctor. I'm not entirely sure what to do, and am considering all options, but this consultant didn't help at all. Grr. Rant over.

So anyone had any snow today? It's been chilly here but I've seen no flakes.

I sent the lo in to nursery this mornning dressed up to the nines (in a dress no less) as the photographer was coming in for photos in time for Xmas. When I got home I asked dh if she had her photo and he said no because the nursery didn't know we wanted it doing . Can't believe dh hadn't mentioned it to them when he dropped her off, nor the nursery asked him. Luckily the photographer's back tomorrow but she won't be in a dress, and they now know to take her photo!

So is anyone on the thread this evening, or am I truly talking to myself and need to flounce?

eandh · 28/10/2008 19:44

Dublin looks Niiiiiiice
Reg - glad the sickness is improving. There was some snow here, but just a few flakes. Flipping cold, though.

PCF - how was lunch?

eandh · 28/10/2008 19:53

eandh · 28/10/2008 19:54

I remember big boys bed saga with ds1 so whats happening now???

theSuburbanDryad · 28/10/2008 19:55

Ohhh no 2Happy.

Is it starting all over again?

HaribosArentJustForHalloween · 28/10/2008 20:08

Yup. In our desperate quest for sleep, we wondered if putting him in a bad would help (he seems to thrash around trying to get out of his sleeping bag at night, and there didn't seem much point in buying a new cot-sized duvet when he'd inevitably end up in a bed soon enough). We got about 4 hours sleep on sunday night. He was better last night (not helped by dh managing to shut one of the fecking cats in the bedroom with him ), but am getting to that kind of zombied tiredness level.

eandh · 28/10/2008 20:11

sending sleep inducing vibes to ds2

HaribosArentJustForHalloween · 28/10/2008 20:11

Thank you. Clearly need them as I just wrote we put ds2 into a bad!!!!
