Oh inzi I am so so sorry hon. I know it won't help but I am sure that the right house is out there for you. I hope you can do something nice for yourself tonight - take gentle care of you!

LisaLessLumpy · 19/09/2008 20:34

Awwww Inzi, I'm so gutted for you, I can imagine how you feel

FloriaTosca · 19/09/2008 21:14

Awwww Inzi I really feel for you. We lost our dream house a few years ago because ours didnt sell quickly enough...I was devastated... when we finally sold ours someone whispered about a house, well out of our price range when we were first looking, was now so desperate to sell they would accept almost anything...so here we are! I'm sure something equally marvellous will come up for you when you least expect it.

Inzi- I am so sorry the house house has fallen through I can understand you're VERY VERY VERY gutted xxxxx

Crochet -32G WOW!

Stefka - how's things? x
Mine - how are you today?

Tles wrote on my facebook wall and I think it was Zachary's 1st birthday yesterday....I 'sang' him happy birthday!

Still very tired from my cold and both boys have it too. I got the letter from my mother yesterday, I'll let you know what it says later as I've not got much time now. Suffice to say it wasn't surprising as she told me all about her husbands death whilst pointing out she wasn't asking for sympathy (3 page letter, 2 pages detailing his death....) and she mentioned twice that she hasn't any money. No guesses as to what she's after then .

Love to all
xxxx

Stefka · 20/09/2008 09:32

That sounds like a difficult letter to get - hope you are looking after yourself as you try to process it.

I am ok - high levels of anxiety today so trying to think of ways to keep busy. On my own all day and night. The evening is not an issue I can study/read/watch x factor!! It's entertaining Dareh all day on my own that I find hard sometimes. Put the TV on just now so I can get a coffee. I don't like him watching the TV but it gives me ten mins peace!

Felt like a total crap mum yesterday. Dareh fell over twice in the bath and both times I failed to catch him. The second time I just wasn't fast enough but the first time I was standing at the sink so I felt like shit for not being beside the bath. Every time I turn around he seems to get in trouble!

How you doing Inzi? You should go out today or something - do something nice. The right house is out there for you. I always think of these things as you never know what you are being saved from. Maybe the neighbors were total asbos or something.

hi all - just v. quick - we didn't lock our door until we went to bed last night - we were trying to have a curry with the neighbours, so were backwards and forwards ... however, the kids weren't co-operating!

Anyway, I was on the phone to my mum, and came out to find the front door wide open ... I thought nothing of it (why, oh why?) ...

Anyway, fast-forward to this morning, I was having my (much-longed for) lie-in, when dh came up and asked me if I had seen his wallet ... to cut a very long story short, both of our phones and wallets have been stolen. We've spent since 8am trying to sort out cancelling cards, dealing with the police, blocking our mobiles.

Needless to say, the front door is now locked

Police just been back round, I have to get back on the phone to my bank ... sorry for me me me post, will catch up with you all later.

OMG Inzi!!!! WHooo hooooo!!! That is so exciting! Wow - you must be delighted Babies have a way of putting other worries into perspective don't they!

Crochet that is just awful. What a horrible feeling it must be - I hope you are ok and that you managed to sort out all the cards etc.

Crochet! How terrible..it is scary how quick these opportunist thieves are and sad that we have to keep doors locked at all times these days even in the nicest areas.I hope you managed to get all your cards cancelled before they got used.

Inzi! Congratulations Well done Jane ... now you need to move everything up to high shelves, welcome to my world! Sorry no advice about diarrhoea, if I had I would have fixed Alex by yesterday...I think LLL had probs a few months ago hopefully she will be able to help us....

..more of which...

I thought Alex had just eaten something that disagreed with him on Thursday morning when he was so very sick, but he was quiet and a bit clingy (not his usual live wire self) yesterday, had diarrhoea a couple of times and wasnt keen on eating though he kept down a rusk for breakfast and some chicken soup for lunch but threw up after a biscuit Dh gave him before his dinner (so missed it obviously) and was very sick after 3 hrs asleep in bed...I bfd him a little every 2 hrs through the night and he seemed ok today, (apart from 2 bouts of diarrhoea), enthusiastically ate breakfast and lunch, but at dinner tonight (at the ils)he didnt eat but then had yet another short bout of vomiting... his temperature is normal and his fontanelle is rounded as usual (though I've put hydration powder in his water just in case)...I don't know whether to withdraw solids for a day or keep going as usual and hope whatever caused it gets washed out soon or, as it has now gone on sporadiacally for 3 days, panic and get him to an NHS drop in clinic immediately [worried mum emoticon]...any advice appreciated.
