Hi Ange

Eddas · 04/08/2008 11:27

bloomin computers eh ange! ni eto 'see' you

mj, glad you are well, must be so nice now without the pesky gb. I don't have hayfever but my sister/brother/dh do and I am very thankful I don't have it. Not sure why out of three siblings I didn't get it I did get exema(I can never spell that) though but it's not bad so would much rather have that!!

CaptainDippy · 04/08/2008 11:36

Hey Ange! Hope laptop is sorted soon.

Can't wait for you to get your car sorted and come andh ave some fun in sunny Eastbourne Eddas

Eddas · 04/08/2008 11:49

I hope its sorted soon, not sure I can bare it much longer now I know it's gonna conk ot on me. If it wasn't urgent I wouldn't even contemplate going car shopping with dc. We're pretty set on a fiesta now so I just need to find one. depending on what i'm able to find today I may approach work about a loan(they do interest free ones) as although nan is lending/giving us some i'm not sure what we'll get with it and also i'm not entirely sure we'll get much for ours

I had to tell my sister that she'd sold us a pile of *$£@ on saturday. that was uncomfortable! she was and tbh we should've had it checked out before buying but nevermind, not much we can do now. Pity it cost us £2k but you live n learn

sorry that turned into an epic about the car

oooggs · 04/08/2008 12:08

hello - I can't keep up today

how come at night dt1 is an angel and sleeps 13 hours without a peep and dt2 is a nightmare and was awake for 2 hours (10.30 -00.30) and had milk & medised to get him to sleep oh and ds1 came in with me at 5am (dh on nights)

CaptainDippy · 04/08/2008 12:15

StealthPolarBear · 04/08/2008 13:34

It is quiet on here, but the same thing happened last summer hols, and every school hols since

Octothechildherder · 04/08/2008 20:43

yooohhooooo

Oooggs - great to see you last week - you never told me Teresa was pg aswell Oooggs looked blooming - despite the vomiting and twins keeping her up - her house is ((((whispers))) fucking spotless - and I am a clean freak too . The twins are mammoth - the medised must be giving those few extra calories they need

POTC - have you been down to the west country again?

Dippy - whats wrong with you? what are the tests for?

I have been to ikea today - free creche for 45 mins Didn't buy anything

DH went back to work today.

I am off on hols on saturday to Wales.

My computer has had a virus - but all seems fine now McAfee 'extracted files' yesterday - sounded painful - but can now actually log onto internet!

Sexonlegs · 04/08/2008 20:45

Evening

Quiet on here indeed.

Glad you had a good time with Pesha POTC - she hasn't been on in ages.

Eddas, good luck with the car-hunting

Dippy, sorry you are still waiting for results - hope you are feeling ok. x

MJ, did the rain clear? I hope it doesn't bloody rain when we are there!!

Oooggs, hope you are feeling ok.

Luce, hope you are stll having a good birthday

Ange, lovely to see you.

SPB, hope T is feeling better soon.

Brain emptied now.

All ok here. Feel a bit yuk though. I think it is just tiredeness - work is manic at the moment. Came home to find dh had changed all the lightbulbs to low-energy ones. I am all for saving money and saving the planet, but the light they give out is shit. I had a paddy and he has changed them all back again!!!

Sexonlegs · 04/08/2008 20:47

Hi Octo Lovely to see you. Where in Wales are you going?

Octothechildherder · 04/08/2008 20:48

Hi SOL We are going to Newgale

StealthPolarBear · 04/08/2008 20:52

Your DH sounds like mine SOL except slightly more reasonable.
DH won't be happy till we're all wandering round in the dark.

Octothechildherder · 04/08/2008 20:55

We have unplugged our freezer - we have some lightbulbs on energy saving but they give out crap light.

StealthPolarBear · 04/08/2008 20:56

erm...you do know it will defrost don;t you?
