Yet another rubbish weather day here. I want a summer!

Been to Ikea, just for bits, light bulbs and other boring stuff. I did pick up more of the plastic bowls and cups though as they are so cheap and fab for picnics (shame that the weather is not really picnic friendly).

Elkie, I hope that the sickness passes soon for you. I remember it well, and not with any fondness either!

SPB, hope you got the kitchen sorted. You must be a fab wife, you always talk about tidying and cleaning. I never feel like I get the time to do much of that, only the essential stuff to keep the house looking vaguely respectable!

We have had a fantastic time. It was great to see B again, and she was on great form.
Went to a fab farm yesterday afternoon and held the sweetest kitten, and B had a go at milking a cow! Her face was a picture
Inlaws were great too, and looked after dd's on Friday night and we went and had dinner.

Rambled on long enough now. So, be back later on after the girls in bed. xx

GM, I don't think my dh has ever reappeared at the time he said he would. I think he just blanks out the time when out, and gets on with enjoying himself! Has pissed me off on many an occasion I can tell you!

I need to get out looking for cars but the thought of dragging dd and ds along is enough to put me off. i;m meeting dh in the park next to his work at lunchtime and i'm planning on braving one or maybe two car places afterwards since dc will have been worn out a little
