Wow, she's lovely

Jas, what time do you all get up then?
Actually, everyone, can you all tell me your bed and up tmes?!
Its just that I'm always in bed by abnout 10, maybe marginally later if dh is on nights and I've been stuck on mn or doing late night cleaning. But even going to bed at 10ish, I'm knachkered and I never want to get up!

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/07/2008 09:47

At the moment I'm going to bed between 10 and 11 and getting up between 6 and 7, but I'm v tired due to the pregnancy (and up several times a night for a wee or to see dd). Usually I'd be more 11-11:30 to bed, and until recently it was pretty much always closer to 6am get up.

EachPeachPearMum · 28/07/2008 11:45

Thanks I'm never quite convinced she's mine!
Not sure why you can't see my other photos though...

Normally go to bed between 11.30 and 12.30, get up between 7 and 8- DD is the alarm clock.
Currently she seems to be set at waking at 6.50 every day, and I am going to bed between 7.30 and 10. And I have been up in the night, either to the loo, or to see to dd with her cold.

Flamesparrow · 28/07/2008 12:16

Bed - anywhere between 10 & 1 really. Up about 7am (unless it is a weekend and i am being stubborn).

Ok, so I'm a wuss and I go to bed earlier than the norm. But in my defence we are up at 5.30 every morning!

CSWS I'm in Ripley as is the shop (although that's not much to brag about, its not the richest of areas being an ex pit town, it has its good and not so good areas, neither rough nor posh) I've never been to the Emporium, but I know where it is!
Please make sure you find time for a coffee if you're coming this way

Jas, I've not read the thread, but I think I get the gist that you had people on a sleep over and one of the kids left your house? or was it your dd leaving someone elses house? If it helps, we leave a light on here too and never go to sleep unless all the kids are asleep too, at the mo, though this may change when they're older?

Geli baff, EPPM, is gooey bath stuff, that you add to water and it makes goo, when your finished you add the disolver and it turns back to water (unless you have it on a tshirt, that never makes the disolving solution it turns out!)

It's my birthday and according to Brain Training on my new ds lite, I'm 61 years old and very crap at Sudoku we'll its the 1st time I've tried.....

EachPeachPearMum · 29/07/2008 14:10

Happy Birthday Frizbe!

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/07/2008 14:17

Happy Birthday Friz! Only 3 days til mine .
Will def be in touch if I do come up to Ripley. Catalogue arrived today, so going to see if I can make a choice without having to visit the shop or not. Want it to be dd's present from ds when he arrives.

Frizbe · 29/07/2008 14:18

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/1402/576477?rnd=1217337440990 if you've seen the Dark Knight what do you think?

Thanks EPPM

Frizbe · 29/07/2008 15:05

CSWS that will be lovely for dd, its very nice stuff from there, see them about at trade shows a lot

damewashalot · 29/07/2008 15:44

Were was everyone?

Happy birthday friz! Mine in a month

Just been for 6wk check wit ds4, he has a heart murmer been refered to have him checked. Don't really know what it means and not sure if googling is a good idea knowledge is not always good.

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/07/2008 16:12

I'd ask on here rather than google dame, but have a sneaky suspicion that it can mean nothing and be something that just disappears or never causes any problems, so try not to panic.

Phoenix · 29/07/2008 20:09

Happy Birthday Friz

for heart murmer Dame, hope you're ok.

Bedtime here is probably between 10-midnight and up 7-8ish.

Ds has possibly got chicken pox now but not sure. All the HF&M blisters have gone but he's had some spots on his left arm for a few days and they look blister like but they're not itching him at all and he didn't have any anywhere else, but today he does have a few more showing up on his back and belly. Don't know what to think cos he hasn't been ill. I think i'll see what he's like in the morning then maybe a trip to the docs

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/07/2008 20:20

Warn the docs why you are going if you think it may be cp phoenix, as some surgeries don't like people sitting around with it in case of other people catching it there!

EachPeachPearMum · 29/07/2008 21:04

Dame- hope all is well with DS4

Phoenix- it never rains but it pours!
We have a separate waiting room at our GPs for chickenpox, because there's been so much of it around.

Flamesparrow · 29/07/2008 21:21

will catch up in a bit, but look at the flamey goodness

mustrunmore · 30/07/2008 14:29

Lol. wont mention it at all Might be a bit knackered though, as am looking after ds1's mate from 8am tomorrow and taking them to aswimming lessons. Dont worry, he's going to someone else at 11am! What time you comingish? Actaly, you'd bettertext me, as I wonr be on her again I shouldnt think!

Phoenix · 31/07/2008 10:13

Flame - PMSL at your Facebook status. Is there anything ds doesn't touch?

Lewis has still got spots but i didn't take him to the docs because they're not bothering him at all. They are starting to scab over now anyway.

Hope everyone's ok

EachPeachPearMum · 31/07/2008 11:02

ummm. Flame? Gentlyworry is you?
Who is Ruffle???

I came close to killing DH this morning.
He set off early to catch train to London, to babysit someone installing a system he architected onto the clients network.
He assured me he had everything... except when I gathered up dd and my things ready to go- there was the installation cd on the dining room table!
I then had to drive (30mins on a good day) to the station (with dd), past the hordes trying to get to the cricket match , to get 2 minutes from the station, when he rings and says the techie has a copy in his bag, so not to bother coming
I then have to drive back, past cricket ground, past home to drop bemused dd at nursery (she wanted to go on a train!) and drive to work.
Was late for work too

I have to leave early today as well as I have a midwife appointment.

GentlyWorryTheAnimal · 31/07/2008 11:07

Gah! Bloody man!

Yup, I'm gentlyworry, NappiesGalore/Amphibimum is Ruffle, and Psycho is Bugger.

Nappies changed because of a picture (find ruffle's profile to see it), and we got carried away and decided to change too.
