Have you got any stitches in it Flame? Just thinking back to how enormous the space was when dh had his last stuff done (th etime he went inot body paralysis!)

csws; you sucumbing to plastic crap yet, now you've got 2 kids?

Ds1 sick today; spent the early hours vomiting, now asleep in our bed.

I am deliciously achey today, after going to aerobics last night (teacher toook me with her to other place she teaches, for free! Hurray!)
Going Fri too, if dh gets home in time . Its literally a case of texting her 15mins before she leaves to say if I can come.
So, I did 2 classes Mon, one tues, one yest, will do tonight and tomorrow too I'm loving it!

Flamesparrow · 30/10/2008 10:23

Nope, no stitches cos most of the thing is still there.

@deliciously achey

Come on, you're getting more positive about exercise I thought?! But seriously, you know the diff between bad pain and a really good ache!

EachPeachPearMum · 30/10/2008 19:41

umm- I didn't say previously, because I didn't want to scare you... but when I had my wisdom teeth out... once the 'stuffing' stuff came out... I COULD SEE THE BONE OF MY JAW IN THE HOLE
Is it any wonder mine got infected?

FlameNPumpkins · 30/10/2008 21:05

I haven't had it OUT yet though EPPM

Not that much settled with the concept of exercise MRM

EachPeachPearMum · 31/10/2008 08:20

erm... A really good ache doesn't usually make me think exercise of that sort....

mustdripgore · 31/10/2008 11:19

lol. That sort nevr makesme ache just get jellylegs!

EachPeachPearMum · 31/10/2008 13:11

Oooh- I meant before, you know, the desire rather than the after effects!

mustdripgore · 31/10/2008 14:32
Grin
EachPeachPearMum · 31/10/2008 21:09

How is your mouth tonight FLame?

FlameNPumpkins · 31/10/2008 21:44

Far tmi on this thread atm!!!

MRM - I got your text, for you, and promptly lost my phone... I know it is here somewhere but it is on silent.

Mouth bled again today... thinking it can't be a good sign

come admire

Jas · 31/10/2008 22:08

Will catch up later, but just wanted to say I am home safely, and thankyou EPPM and Mr EPPM for a lovely welcome. Sorry for the loud/raucous children They aren't always that bad!

EachPeachPearMum · 31/10/2008 23:05

Wow- glad you are home already!
They were not in the least bit raucous they were lovely!
DD had a whale of a time- see my email.
I have a feeling we're going to having much wailing for your DS as she did for CSWS' DD after that meet-up

She really took to your family so quickly- usually she won't even talk to guests for first half hour- just sits on my knee- so I was very pleased, and it was lovely to meet you too, even if we didn't have very long to chat.

mustdripgore · 02/11/2008 14:31

I've never seen your kids raucous either Jas!

Suprise offer of aerobics today... hurray! Text only came once I'd set off on a 5km run tho, so did both, and really flagged a few times in class But thats 7 classes and 5km in the last 7 days including a rest day

Frizbe · 02/11/2008 15:04

Hello! i'm still alive, quickly on a mates laptop, as still have no access at home....will hopefully be getting a new laptop for myself very soon! Hope your all doing good, missing ya!

Jas · 02/11/2008 15:16

Oh, they were tired and bad mannered but I guess they could have been worse!

Hello Frizbe

I've read almost a whole book today
I'm refusing to do anything at all, and just having a lazy day

EachPeachPearMum · 02/11/2008 17:02

A whole book?

We have been to hell ikea!
and food shopping.
DD is having a bath while the chicken is roasting.... yum yum.

CantSleepWontSleep · 02/11/2008 20:50

Ooh - does dp step up to the mark when you refuse to do anything Jas?

We had a breakthrough today in that I actually managed to put ds down for a nap for nearly two whole hours . I did have to put him on his tummy to achieve this though . Undecided what we'll do tonight, as we have to get him really settled before putting him down, and we might be asleep ourselves before we achieve this! He's currently napping on his tummy in his moses basket in the living room though .

Took the dc pole dancing to see mrm this afternoon. Dd got upset when we got in the car mrm, because she suddenly realised that she hadn't brought in her 3 stickers to share with the boys!

CantSleepWontSleep · 02/11/2008 21:01

Spoke too soon - he's awake and feeding again!

Jas · 02/11/2008 21:12

Weeell, he kept the kitchen tidy(ish) and didn't complain when he got no tea (jacket pots for us, which he doesn't like!). Does that count?

I let the dc have all their frinends in to play all afternoon, so I sat downstairs and finished my book

I'd go with whatever helps ds to sleep at the moment. DD2 slept in a bouncy chair when tiny, as did ds, as nothing else worked.

EachPeachPearMum · 02/11/2008 22:16

CSWS- DD was a bit like that... with the tummy thing- we watched her like a hawk. Are there any signs of reflux?
We never tried a bouncy chair though

CantSleepWontSleep · 03/11/2008 08:34

Some EPPM, but not enough for me to think it's abnormal as yet. At least as likely to be milk intolerance, but I'm really hoping not. He screamed (or fed, but that involved a lot of screaming too) until midnight last night, and then woke again at 1:30 for another feed. Couldn't get him to sleep in crib, but he did sleep on his tummy for a bit in bed with me.

Phoenix · 03/11/2008 08:43

Oh the joys of a newborn eh? Ds slept in his bouncy chair or on me in the day time but did sleep in his cot at night.

mustdripgore · 03/11/2008 09:17

Well, I can officially vouch for babycsws being very cute (still dont want any more though!!)

EachPeachPearMum · 03/11/2008 20:23

CSWS- of course... I had forgotten about dd's allergy to dairy hmmm- could answer a lot of things really, poor lad. My brother was very ill for first 2 years of his life... no-one twigged until then that he really couldn't handle milk

Jas- DH says that DD sat down to play with her farm this afternoon and started asking for your DS! She was a bit sad that he wasn't around to play with, bless her.

Went to my VBAC/refresher class today.... and met a mner-
TinkerBellesMum! (she was in hosp a week ago as her pgs are much shorter than most women's... but baby is staying put for a little longer thank goodness, as she is only 27 weeks) Her due date is a couple of weeks after mine, but I'm sure her DD will be here before my DS.
