Oh what larks.

MKG · 26/06/2008 21:08

Don't worry SOH I had mine in January.

TillyScoutsmum · 26/06/2008 21:16

I haven't had mine yet (get that nasty morris dancing stick away from me SOH)

AprilMeadow · 27/06/2008 08:39

i've been a good girl and had mine last year

SKYTVADDICT · 27/06/2008 09:11

Anneme - I did know Kiddicare have moved and have heard lots of good stuff about it -have printed off directions and really excited - how sad am I? I really don't understand why they don't open Sundays any more though!

Really tired today - been up since 5 am with C! He was sound asleep in his cot by 7.30 (fell asleep on bottle) so we had a lovely quiet evening. DP even went to play squash. Blardy backfired and bit us in the bum at 5 am though - think I would rather he was still up at 9/10pm at night then slept a little longer tbh!

Never mind, last day at work for 9 months today - yipee.

Pinkjenny · 27/06/2008 10:07

I haven't had mine yet.

LG&T - come on woman, when are you going to SOH's? Or my house? Again, no pressure, obviously.

L went to bed at 8 last night, good girl. In our ned obviously, but at least it wasn't after 10pm. My dad was roaring with laughter at me this evening when I was admonishing myself for saying 'Stop being naughty', to L, when I should have said 'That behaviour is naughty'. I tried to explain supernanny style to my dad that I wasn't to label her 'naughty' etc. He thought the whole conversation was hilarious.

Pinkjenny · 27/06/2008 10:08

In our ned? I mean bed. What can I say, I've already had a filling and root canal treatment today.

Lupins71 · 27/06/2008 11:36

PJ EWWWW your poor thing, my tooth is still cracked in half from when I was with child last time, you are brave

Today it became official - I was sick so there for officially preggo, that with the sore boobs and 2 pos tests I am now starting to believe it

TYG hmmm am thinking that may be a bit too wide for tavistock doorways, might have to be the powertrack pro with buggyboard - I do like the marine tat LGT as chosen, also like the cherry, shame quinny dont do a double

Themasterandmargaritas · 27/06/2008 13:03

Arggghhh, J has just wiped out my post..

SOH, I should name change to 'neverwillbepgagain' as it is an impossibility since dh was neutered after J was born. About a nanosecond after actually.

And no not yet smeared, I need to find a doctor that is not an 80 year old Indian Mzee.

But I have been to sports day. Why do schools do it to us? Not to mention the kids. Anyway ds1 did a fabulous run and came in first, poor old dd tried not to come last in all her races and finished all by bursting into tears, not because she didn't win, but just from the sheer emotion of it all. Then we went to a birthday party and J always gets picked up, cuddled and squeezed by all the girls and frankly it annoys the hell out him. One impressive thing he did was to home in on a lost piece of chocolate cake, hidden on the opposite side of the playing field and secretly smear it into his mouth when no one was looking.

Also he seems to be obsessed with Colgate.

Themasterandmargaritas · 27/06/2008 13:04

Oooo Sky I forgot to say congrats on your last day at work! How exciting!!

Pinkjenny · 27/06/2008 13:16

Good lord cam - that's a blardy eventful day. Aw at dd bursting into tears - bless her heart. I always found Sports Day a bit traumatic too.

MKG · 27/06/2008 16:06

Hello everyone!!!!

What's shakin'?

Pinkjenny · 27/06/2008 16:10

Nothing. They've all buggered off somewhere. Probably another one of these secret meet-ups.

MKG · 27/06/2008 16:11
Pinkjenny · 27/06/2008 16:13

Oh don't worry MKG, Tilly and I live 'oop Norf' and we've never met anyone either, so we may as well be in the bloody States.

Pinkjenny · 27/06/2008 16:16

Well, strictly Tilly lives in the Midlands. And I never was picked for the teams.

MKG · 27/06/2008 16:32

Don't worry PJ, let's hold hands and cry together.

Pinkjenny · 27/06/2008 16:35
SKYTVADDICT · 27/06/2008 16:41

Woohoo! I go on mat leave in 20 minutes.

Can you tell I'm happy

MKG · 27/06/2008 16:41

Not today. Which in my case doesn't really mean anything as with Mateo the nausea was about a week and about 5 minutes with Cruz. So there are no conclusions I can draw.

You know the funny thing is I don't know if I want to be pregnant or not. It's more of now isn't a good time, but another member of the family is always welcome.

MKG · 27/06/2008 16:43

Hooray for Sky!

You know I looked sky, you are the first poster from our ante-natal thread that is still with us. Jessinwa started it (wonders what ever happened to her) and you were the second poster.

God I'm bored today.

SKYTVADDICT · 27/06/2008 16:44

You must be bored MKG - and does that mean I am very sad? Jessinwa moved to Oz I think during the pregnancy and was never heard of again.

Pinkjenny · 27/06/2008 16:44

And what happened to Juicy? And countless others...

I often look at our ante-natal thread to reminisce. Jaysus, I was tightly wound when I first had L! I think I'm bad now!

MKG · 27/06/2008 16:46

No Sky you're not sad, I was just thinking of people that dropped off since the beginning and you've been with us the longest. You deserve a medal or something.

SKYTVADDICT · 27/06/2008 16:50

Thanks - I will accept the honour of being the longest serving May 07er .

I do keep popping into the August 08 thread but they are really chatty too and I never keep up.
