I've had to make a real effort to get some time to myself. DH has been working some crazy hours,, and has done his back in so is really no use to me at the mo!
I've just put Eren to bed, DH is home from work, so i'm now going out to my sister's and some girl friends will be there too so we can have a girlie night in without men or babies.
I had a long talk with dh the other day and it basically boiled down to the fact that i need to make an effort to do things on my own.... make my own time. So yesterday i left Eren home with dh for an hour and took the long way around to the supermarket, and took my time browsing through the aisles.. life in the fast lane eh!
This is better than nothing at the mo, which is effectively what was happening.
Thanks to everyone for their kind supportive words. Its actually very reassuring that i'm not the only onbe feeling like this, as i thought i was being selfish and mot a very good mum. in fact the opposite was true..... i'm a great mum, i just need to have a bit of time to myself o be an uber great mum!!
