Dh has just coem up with a brilliant idea (if everyones power cut out around 10.30 this morning he was using it to think for once)

We have nothing planned for Sunday and we are childless as girls at my Mum and Dads from Saturday lunchtime so we are going to ........ decorate the whole of Ellies room as a surprise, just rung Next and they have the curtains/duvet/border etc etc in stock and paid for next day delivery (coming to me at work tomorrow) just need to decide what colour to do the walls (I gave in and ordered the set she wanted so am thinking either pink or green) I am going to do the glossing/paint ceiling on saturday afternoon (dh at football) then we'll emulsion sunday morning and it should be dry mid afternoon to hang curtains etc ooooo I can't wait to see her face when she comes home

heeeeeeeeellllllllpppp!!!

lth what did you give DJ when I wasnt looking this morning?!

He can now do 3 or 4 quick small steps in a row before falling over. Its too scarey! I am not sure if I want my baby to walk yet!!! (he is going to be so knackered from doing it all evening!)

btw - LTH's house is gorgeous. Very spotless, she must have hidden the mess which 4 boys must cause in another room somewhere . It puts my own home into the 'needs a spring clean' category! x

yey for dylan (its not that bad lizz - its when they walk they start to run the real issues arise!!)

any guesses who?

Report
Lizzzombie · 07/02/2008 18:04

nooooooooooo - its not happening here...la la la la (head in sand - hiding under the sofa!) - he's just done 6 steps!

I feel quite proud that DJ took his firststeps at my house. That sthe type of thing that goes down well in Mn history on those "What do you knwo about other Mners" type threads.

EandH, you are sooooooooo norty . No mention of my MN name on that thread thoigh please, RL people don't know yet and as I'm still not sure if its true we need to keep it hush hush.

I still don't know though....

Report
eandh · 07/02/2008 19:06

Report
ladytophamhatt · 07/02/2008 19:09

yes, and he's in denial.

"we're mad having another one" was his reaction

I can still remember reading your thread about doing the test when you found out G was on his way, (knowing that I was 98% sure I was pg to!) very very different to this time!
