Hi everyone!
I am alive...just in case you were wondering.

Hope you are well and having fun.
I've been lurking a bit so sort of am uptodate...but there is too much going on for personals!

So - good luck to everyone who needs it.
And hugs and kisses to everyone else.

Am knackered...and enjoying a HUGE glass of wine. Have 10 mins to cook dinner before DP is home. Oops....better pull my finger out!

Hi Lizz. Wondered where you were. But obviously not enough to mention it

eandh · 22/02/2008 20:12

I am in one of tose 'huffy' moods tonight, not sure why (well I am on but..) dh is irritating me for no reason, I have a headache and period pain and I know Hattie will be awake tonight as it appears se has conjuntivitus aaaaaaaaaaarghhhhh

Anyway saw this on another thread what would you have called your dc if they were the other sex

Ellie was nearly Isabelle or Emily and if she'd been a boy would have been Joe or Fletcher (middle name Richard)

Hattie was meant to be Jessica or Charlotte but if she'd been a boy Jack or Thomas

Reggiee · 22/02/2008 20:21

Pip would have been Dylan Jared (another DJ Lizz!)

eandh · 22/02/2008 20:24

I like jared (but not enough to have number 3)!!!!!

ladytophamhatt · 22/02/2008 21:21

Excellenet news Mr W. Does it eman you're moving a long away from where you are nowmilkie?

lizzz, switch your msn back on, am just about to get Dh to do the money laundering bank transfer
he's just in frim teh gym so the cash will be with you soon.

susiecutiemincepies · 22/02/2008 21:24

Well done Mr W!!! so pleased for you!!!
How long til you move?

Dead jealous... wish Mr C would get a new job, pref in the same city as me and Isobel and that we were moving him back in with us full time, or, us out to be with him full time...

Reggie: Well done Pip!!! that does count as walking Isobel was in her hip harness for 4 months, so I expected her to be a bit behind on all development re: movement. She was bang on time for everything though, a little early on crawling. So I kind of thoguht the walking would be the same... She's just happy how she is I think. BUt I cant help having on my mind that her hips may not have carried on developing. They were not normal at the last check up, but not in need of surgery at that stage. I'm worried they've not continued to grow and she will be needing surgery now. We have check up in a few weeks so time will tell I guess...

I didn't even know there were any ITNG DVD's out at all!!

Wilkie · 22/02/2008 21:28

We are moving two hours away from where we are now for LOADS more money

Starts in 4 weeks

susiecutiemincepies · 22/02/2008 21:44

Wow! fantastic.
Dh saw a job on monday for almost 3x his salary, but contracting, so not the same security, but he's applied to the agency anyway... I dream of the day... If he got it, I could stop worrying about not being able to get back to work, as I wouldnt need to, IYSWIM?

Wilkie · 22/02/2008 21:45

Oooooo that would be great Susie!!

DH's salary has gone up by £20k!!!

susiecutiemincepies · 22/02/2008 21:58

that is so brilliant. Such a lovely feeling for you guys SO chuffed for you.
I think if DH takes holidays etc contracting at the rate they would pay him, then it prob increases his pay by a little more than 20k. If he wanted to work 365 days of the year then it would be silly money of course, he WONT be doing that!!!! Oh, of course, IF he actually goes to the interview they want him to have etc...

vinorouge · 22/02/2008 21:59

OMG Wilkie that is a HUGE pay rise for your DH. Da da da da da da !!!!! AM sooo pleased for you. Rush to get sorted out now? How did all the house viewings go - found anything nice? AR eyou going to look for a new job too or will you be able to take some time off to settle in etc before doing that if DH salary so much more?

DH is upstairs putting together one set of drawers. I have done the ironing and tidied the kitchen as much as can be done.

My TV aerial was £82.02 which seemed a lot but its digital so means I can get a digibox now and perhaps let Ellen watch cbeebies and ITNG....she just likes hitting the TV screen at the moment. The picture on our TV seems so good now, we have lived together for 6 years and never had a TV aerial in any of our houses/flats. Think the old faithful portable can be chucked out now.

E&H - waht did you end up cooking? We had one of our faves - salmon with pea puree and jkt pots. Tomorrow night going to some friends for dinner so will be nice not to have to cook although must start inviting some people round here.

I need to sort my kitchen out though as is dining kitchen and too much mess/clutter/stuff that there is no room in cupboards for to be entertaining yet.

Dairy Milk large bars are £1 on offer in Morrisons. I have eaten one this week and bought two more today.

ladytophamhatt · 22/02/2008 22:04

woooo wilkie, you can be a lady of leisure

wil you need to leave your job? or will you find another one?
