Well, Jordi is our first one year old.... they will be catching up soon .

I was tempted to write the subject with reference to NM .

what is with the toilet - one of Kate's favourite places to hang out too... at times, quite literally cos I've rescued her as her feet left the floor .

She's also pulling at everything and throwing it behind her. Thankfully not pulling at her bits... but, Kitty, that image will remain with me!!!

Blonde... I think you should write the usual congratulations sentiments and wish them well for the surgery. Is the surgery for the baby's size?

Piff - that reminds me, I had a phone call from the police at 11.20pm the other night. They said, "we are sitting in a police car outside your house - are you OK? - if so can you wave at us from the window so we can see you are alright?"

Doh?

Apparently Monti had dialled 999

Kitty one of DS1's friends used to drink his milk and play with his willy. This is very rude but he used to masturbate all day and when he was about 3 started to create erections (which I never knew a 3 yr old could do...). Once he tried to "mount" DS1 from behind when they were in the paddling pool and I had to pull him off my innocent son.

I always wondered whether he was being abused or something - it didn't seem quite right somehow. His Mum used to have to dress him in long trousers all summer. If he had shorts on his hand would be up the leg of them all day long . Very odd IMO

Sorry just realised this is a rather strange post

fitfox · 20/02/2008 13:54

Kiwi Monti loves the toilet too. Its the right height to hold on the seat and suck it Am forever grabbing him and resuing him in there!

Callieco · 20/02/2008 14:09

Blonde - why don't you send the card and gift as you normally would but put a separate note in with the card wishing them all the best for the surgery? So they won't have it on display in the card but will know you are thinking of them and aware all is not completely well. Hope it all goes ok.

Am back from heating exile, the second boiler man we called has come and fixed it super quick, unlike the first wassock who said there was a fault with a part which would cost£120 plus labour and VAT to repair and then couldn't find the part anyway . Thank god he didn't - other man charged us £70 something in total.

kittywise · 20/02/2008 15:10

calli, great that the heating is sorted and without too much fuss. It's shocking isn't it just how many incompetent 'professionals' there are.

Foxy, ds2(8) was really one for lying on his tummy, cupping his hands over his groin and kind of rocking/ bouncing. it was a real comfort thing for him. His still does it very ocassionally when he is tired ( he'll kill me if he sees this ).

kittywise · 20/02/2008 15:11

foxy, Ron regularly gets a stiffy from his twiddling

kiwibella · 20/02/2008 15:42

kitty... stop, you are making it worse!!!!

Foxy.... omg?!?!?!?! to both the 999 call and the odd little boy.

OP posts:
Piffle · 20/02/2008 16:17

Reckon DP was that boy as a child. His knob is such a focus of his... Finn in the bath plays with no bath toys bug solely with his todger. Ds1 never did. Tis genetic no doubt about it. Dd aged 5 plays with her nipples whenever naked. Obviously from her fathers side as well!!!!
LOL at the 999 call very good monti. Has he noted the childline number yet? I

Oh it gets better. Finn has taken every book off every bookcase and in our house that's a lot of books... Oh well just three hrs til his bedtime.
Glad you're heating is sorted callie. Pack of bloody chancers...

Divastrop · 20/02/2008 16:18

foxy- a mum at mother and toddler was saying her son likes to,erm,'play' and that her 3 year old dd shouted the other day 'mum,() is wanking again!'.the M+T leader said there are a few little boys she looks after in nursery who know how to give themseles a stiffy and she never knows where to look when she's changing them.

theblonde-a friends of mine's baby had to have surgery just after he was born,i just sent the normal congrats card though.i think a little separate note is a nice idea.

yesterday,a boy in ds2's class had a no.2 accident which fell out of his trouser leg and ds2picked it up and then smeared poo all over the table.the teacher was looking at me with a mixture of concern and digust in her eyes when she was telling me this, and i was in tears by the time i got home.
they had a different teacher today and he was fine.

kittywise · 20/02/2008 18:04

Oh Diva, poor you!!!! That's the sort of thing one of mine would do.

The other day ds2 was going home with a new friend who has a VERY precious mother, and he has never been back to their's before. As they were walking home ds2 decided to investigate a cow pat on a path( as you do ) and stuck his hand striaght through it, it splattered all over his top and trousers. He had to be leant clothes from his friend. He said "but it looked dry mummy, I didn't realise it was wet underneath" God I was mortified!!!

Hv weighed Ron today. So now is is the incredible shrinking, cock eyed and cock headed midget. Not happy me.

Piffle · 20/02/2008 18:53

KITTY! sorry but that made me snort spit everywhere stifling a deep laugh at your description of Ronnie
You know he is bloody fine surely.
How much is he btw?

kittywise · 20/02/2008 19:56

Well Piff, he is 19lb 11oz and that's with a very heavy cast. It puts him on just above the 9th. He was born on the 7th and soon shot up to 91st and has been free falling ever since.

She measured him and said he was only 71 cm, but that that could be inaccurate as his head is skewed and that could ,lose him a few cm ( I don't agree as that would put him shorter than ds1 and he's taller than he was at that age) and that he didn't have long legs but a big head , so now you have a picture of something that resembles the dwarf in "the lord of the rings' but without the beard , pick axe and bizzare accent .

God help us all!

kittywise · 20/02/2008 19:57

meant born on 75th!

fitfox · 20/02/2008 20:03

@ Piff and Kitty!!!!

fitfox · 20/02/2008 20:04

Oiffle - just to say I have met Ronnie and he is gorgeous BTW - very cute indeed

fitfox · 20/02/2008 20:05

Ooops - meant "Piffle", not "Offle"

Callieco · 20/02/2008 20:18

Kitty, I've seen pics of Ronnie and he is beautiful. If it's any consolation, Jordi is also skew-headed and has a turn in his eye now and again which I think looks like settling into needing something doing in the future.

Oh and he gets stiffies all the time when I'm changing him or let him have nappy off time - thought all little baby boys did!

kittywise · 20/02/2008 20:24

Thanks girls. You know I hadn't noticed/thought about all these things until she kept bringing them up. "ooh his head really IS crooked isn't it, and his eyes, oh one is much bigger than the other and they are not symetrical. Oh his head really is crooked. He's not going to be very big. He certainly hasn't got long legs, but he's got a big head. Oh his head really is very crooked you can really notice it now.... you get the picture"
I wanted to put my hand up and say "Whoa there lady, that's enough possible deformities to put him in a freak show"

Divastrop · 20/02/2008 20:59

am PMSL now.piffle asking 'how much is he?'
had me like..'eh?she's selling him?'

kitty-does your HV not realise that humans generally arent symetrical?

i have now been off my AD's altogether for 7 days and i think they are starting to leave my system as i keep getting dizzy and feeling like im on mushrooms or something.plus the potergeist has taken my tesco clubcard voucher(only reasonable explaination)and i was running around having a hissy fit for half an hour looking for it.it was only when i realised dh may have me sectioned that i figured i better stop.

i am determined to get through it.

Jaysthird · 20/02/2008 22:18

Your conversational qualities ladies have lifted my spirits!!! Thanks for the humor injection

Piffle · 20/02/2008 22:30

kitty Finn is 19lbs 13oz and is 79cms. Has not gained any weight in a month, yet if I typed what he ate you'd think he should be at weightwatchers. Dunno he is so fricking active. Trust your instincts. Dd has a head tilt. Worried about it for years until we found out it was due to her crap eyesight. Which several health professionals had missed despite a squint.
Diva. You are very funny despite your woes. Images conjured up from your post are hysterical. Sorry

poor jays sitting waiting counting days down...

bethoo · 21/02/2008 08:44

morning ladies, this thread has bought a smile to my face and i have now seen what the future holds!!! though i am sorry for your woes.
i had a bloody devastating day yesterday. took my dogs to the vets for their annual booster and one of my dogs dropped down dead in the waiting room. so i have been inconsolable all day yesterday. for the first time today i have had to pick up Haydens breakfast off the carpet as the dog i have left is a fussy eater and turns his head up at strawberry jam!! i miss Zeus terribly. cant believe he has gone as he was as fit as a fiddle. the vet said he was in top physical condition, just solid muscle. very tragic. especially as the one who is still here was diagnosed with severe heart disease and could drop dead at any moment then my fit ones heart goes wiht no warning!
Callie- there are so many cowboys these days, did you check they had a corgi card?

Piffle · 21/02/2008 10:20

Oh Bethoo thats awful!! So sorry what an awful thing to happen and in the vets as well.
Hope you're ok my dear.

Divastrop · 21/02/2008 11:36

bethoo-sorry to hear about your loss.it must have been such a shock (((((hugs)))))
