OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
DontDreamItBeIt · 28/01/2008 16:40

But we didn't know when to start counting from.

OP posts:
CantSleepWontSleep · 28/01/2008 16:47

Actually there'll be the same gap as between my brother and I .

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/01/2008 16:58

I have sat here for 2 hours with dd latched on and asleep on my lap . I wanted to sleep too but is too bloody cold as we didn't leave heating on during day. Now she won't sleep long tonight, and I'll be knackered.

DontDreamItBeIt · 28/01/2008 17:07

ds fell asleep when I left to get dd2 from school at 3, and only woke up when we got home at4.30. I think we'll be in for a late nighte, too.

OP posts:
FlameNFurter · 28/01/2008 17:27

Just had the fun of DS wandering in with his finger up his nostril saying "Stuck"

Asked if his finger was stuck... "No"

"The raisin?"

"Yeh. Stuck."

A&E were very quick with their tweezers

damewashalot · 28/01/2008 17:40

flame.

Our boys may not be the fastest talkers but at least they have the words that matter

Chloe55 · 28/01/2008 18:39

Awwww that's great CSWS, I'm thrilled for you!

Not so great for you Flame - dh did that with a pea when he was a kid

FlameNFurter · 28/01/2008 19:48

CSWS - I have a whole list of questions:

Will you find out the sex?
What do you intend to do about feeding DD - will you do tandem feeding or will it be a case of weaning her off now so she is more accepting when the baby comes and has nork control?
Can I interest you in a beautiful array of newborn nappies?

Phoenix · 28/01/2008 19:55

Brilliant news csws So thrilled

at ds Flame. Glad a&e got him sorted quickly.

Yay for scan Dame, glad everything is fine

I'll need to re read to remember other stuff

Only 4 more days to work then i've got a week off

Phoenix · 28/01/2008 20:04

at the nappy question Flame.

mustrunmore · 28/01/2008 21:23

Iknew that'd be the news Am ver y happy for you, but must admit to being a little disappointed that it wasnt A BIG SCANDAL OCCURRING AFTER THAT TEXT! oops caps

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/01/2008 21:27

Can you lot bloody well post on my thread to bump it up, instead of congratulating me on here .

Scandal is that Johnny Depp is the father .

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/01/2008 21:30

Ooh - somehow missed your post flame - wondered what Phoenix was on about re nappy question!

Sex - if I can yes, but doubt we'll do 4D scan, so depends whether they can tell this time or not.

Feeding - plan is to hope that dd self-weans when my milk changes taste/dries up a bit due to pregnancy. Not sure what plan B is!

Nappies . We'll see. Will try and begin with my fluffles, and if I manage to cope with real ones full time again then I might get some diff ones off you.

FlameNFurter · 28/01/2008 21:51

Don't even joke about such things

Depp stealing....

I still think you'd get on better with cloth with nicer nappies :p You had the old style hand catchy fluffles didn't you? What with that and them being so huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge...

damewashalot · 28/01/2008 22:04

CSCS thread bumped

Only just scanned thread can't remember much except hope chloe you don't think I was ignoring you relly sorry to hear your news and it took me so long to notice. Hope you are feeling ok.

damewashalot · 28/01/2008 22:05

Must preview CSWS of course

Can't type won't type that's me

Phoenix · 28/01/2008 22:12

Do you know what you're having Dame?

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/01/2008 22:13

Thanks dame .

Is macca around? Want to know about exercise during pregnancy. I get warnings that my heartrate is too high (about 165/170) on some of the equipment, and don't know if I should be aiming for a lower rate rather than going full throttle.

EachPeachPearMum · 28/01/2008 22:17

congratulations csws!!! (I did wonder when you didn't moan this month about not being pg )

Hope everyone else is well. DD's eyes are better, but mine are still not right.
Am annoyed, as I have about 6 books sitting here for me to read this week...grrr.

damewashalot · 28/01/2008 22:21

No we have never found out the sex with any of them, like the surprise

Past trends do suggest that a boy is likely

Although I am all bum and boobs this time rather than all bump...... but I'll find out in the end.

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/01/2008 22:24

Let's choose some names for you dame.
What are you considering?

Only found out myself today EPPM (have a longer than ave cycle), though did suspect for a couple of days.

You need some breast milk for your eyes!

FlameNFurter · 28/01/2008 22:34

Breatmilk just gunked up DS's eyes more.

I still stand by my reasoning that all exercise is bad

I was the same shape with both babies Dame, so ignore that theory

EachPeachPearMum · 28/01/2008 22:41

Haha- actually, mine dried up pretty quickly once she stopped feeding...thought i would be leaking for ages.

And re shape of bump- EVERYONE insisted dd was a boy, even though the scan said girl, as it was a real beachball bump. They were all wrong, even midwives.

damewashalot · 28/01/2008 22:58

Well with 3 boys odds are it's another which is fine

It will have to be an old fashioned name to go with the ones we have already, nothing modern or made up around here

Must go to bed. night

KelBelle · 28/01/2008 23:01

Oooo oooooh, I checked in on an exciting day by the looks of things!! Congrats CSWS, that's fab news!!!

Hi everyone else, thought I would pop in as had a few mins spare. Things still going well with new man, 5 months now can you believe, he is fab and the reason I'm never on here anymore

DS talking so much these days, he is repeating everything now which is a nightmare when you want to say a bad word and dont realise he is there!! Cant believe they are almost 2, where has the time gone?

Any other exciting news to report???
