seriously freaky old man teeth (Arthur Daly reminds me seriously of FIL)!

honestly though, my theory is a theme throughout - I am a saddo Midsomers obsessive (even though I hide for the scary bits and if DH isn't here to explain I haven't a bloody clue what's happening
)

finally got to watch Miss Potter again. I so LOVE Lloyd Owen.

But I need to stop googling pointless trivia and go to bed...

milkyJammy · 02/01/2008 08:54

I don't watch Midsomer (think that's what you were talking about?) so don't know of the teeth you speak of, but the old man next door has got very odd teeth.

DH has gone back to work today and it feels very odd, just me and DD. Am also exhausted after she woke at 10, 12, 2, 4 and 6 last night.

LittleMissNorty · 02/01/2008 12:18

Hello ....is anyone here........???

I'm at work today .....hope your new job is going well Fury and good luck DKMA for tomorrow....its fine once you get going and that smile when you get to nursery to collect is FAB

thisisRialifebaby · 02/01/2008 12:25

just popping in. Hi norty.

Am bust trying to find the "happynewRia" within.

just have to say re midsomers last night, not very PC, but the wheelchair jousting was hysterical.

back later.

DKMA · 02/01/2008 12:32

Hello!

I thought so too Ria!
You don't see enough of old fellas in wheelchairs battering each other with french bread sticks on tv!!

Hi Norty
Thanks for wishing me good luck for tomorrow. Hope your day is going well so far today?

HellHathNoFury · 02/01/2008 13:02

Hello all!
Just to say I start tomorrow, not today, but DS started at nursery today, so far he seems very happy but the house feels very empty!

LittleMissNorty · 02/01/2008 13:10

Blimey - if I had the house to myself with DD at nursery I'd be in bed asleep

work is really busy which is great - no time to worry aboout DD.....although I didn't make it to my multi-disciplinary meeting so have missed the free lunch from the reps .....have to make do with choclate biscuits from the staff room

Diet not going too well then

Ria - if you have the secret of finding the happy person within, please let me know....I've been trying without success...

I remember seeing someone in a wheelchair once outside the hospital having a fag (like you do....) with BOTH legs in plaster doing a wheelie on his back wheels....

HellHathNoFury · 02/01/2008 13:13

I have found a THIN person within... does that count?

LittleMissNorty · 02/01/2008 13:15

I don't think there is a thin person inside me

HellHathNoFury · 02/01/2008 13:17

My thin person is lonely as there is room for at least one more thin person in there.

DKMA · 02/01/2008 13:41

LMN - when you say 'free lunch from the rep' would that be a drug rep you're talking about? Do you work for the NHS?

Fury - I've got the name tags ordered!

LittleMissNorty · 02/01/2008 13:46

DKMA - yes in a breast team....mmmm we get some scrummy lunches from our reps

DKMA · 02/01/2008 13:55

Oooh well I'm famous for my lunches around these parts!
Do you know who your AstraZeneca breast rep is?

LittleMissNorty · 02/01/2008 14:31

DKMA · 02/01/2008 14:37

LittleMissNorty · 02/01/2008 14:46

I work at the hospital where they kicked out the chief exec resigned for 90 patients getting c.diff...(Maidstone)

DKMA · 02/01/2008 14:55

I have never met them - so don't know what they are like - or more importantly - what they are like at buying lunch!!

foxythesnowman · 02/01/2008 15:42
