DDs have parties both weekend days this weekend, so can't do Sunday.

Flame · 06/12/2007 17:07

Just found the other two fuzzi liners MRM they were still in the bag with that freaky free towel thingy

OP posts:
mustrunmorewantsanewname · 06/12/2007 18:50

What other two liners? I had 4 off you, so those are still your stock I think. Thought you'd passed on the freaky towel?!

Flame · 06/12/2007 19:12

I knew I had more of the fuzzi ones, couldn't find em so brought the others instead. The towel is the christmas thing, was about to parcel it up when I found them!

Please note that I shall henceforward be dropping the d when referring to h.

Oh no csws what's he done?

Frizbe · 06/12/2007 20:01

Phew you've not started a new thread without me then!

Flame, glad film was good, was thinking of trying to take dd and ss to see it, leaving dd2 with someone, so dh and I can both go however I now owe two lots of bbsitting to Meridian, so doubt it'll be anytime soon
We had a lovely dinner with my folkes last night company xmas dinner, lol.

Phoenix for the parking ticket, appeal has to be worth a go surely though?

Chloe how's things with you?

Macca? are you still around?

Dame, how you doing??

CSWS for the alarm clock ruining your night, typical bloke thing to forget eh

MRM I can't even think of a name for me, let alone anyone else!

Hi Uni/Jas, hey Jas, this will make you laugh...dh and my dad were due to start banging a hole thru for a door into the garage today they made a few holes in the wall, decided the lintle they had was too small by 2" and so packed up for the day,(rather than go get another one, as it was 'too far') so bar them spenind half hour putting rubbish into a skip, which I'd hastily got booked and delivered this am, expecting a miracle when I got home, I ended up with dh in the shop and my dad taking the dd's to the park with my mum I hope he doesn't try billing me for it.

CantSleighWontSleigh · 06/12/2007 20:05

Been his usual twat of a self and managed to be in the house about 30 seconds before starting a row.

Apparently in between deciding what to get everyone, buying all the Christmas presents, sorting out the photo frame nightmare (another thread, not sure any of you saw it, but took a whole night to sort just part of it), spending all of last night sorting paperwork and tidying, as well as all the usual cooking/cleaning/entertaining dd, bearing in mind that this week she has only napped either in the car or on my lap attached to my boob, I was supposed to be psychic and know that dh wanted to drop some presents off at his mums tonight instead of early tomorrow morning (we mentioned it as a possibility purely if I had arranged a courier to collect a parcel tomorrow, which would involve someone being here all day), and therefore wrap said presents and have them all waiting in a lovely pile ready to go.

CantSleighWontSleigh · 06/12/2007 20:09

Oh, and when I told him that if he was going to be such an arsehole the minute he got home, then he shouldn't bother coming back, he picked up his keys and went to walk out again, regardless of the fact that dd was excitedly running around trying to get his attention, as she'd been eagerly anticipating his arrival for the last hour.

Flame · 06/12/2007 20:10

Oh CSWS

OP posts:
Frizbe · 06/12/2007 20:11

{{{{Hugs}}}}} CSWS have a huge vat of wine and a long bubble bath, with your lap top of coursE! let him deal with dd for the rest of the night.

CantSleighWontSleigh · 06/12/2007 20:11

He has just popped down to comment on how tidy it is (probably noticed how clean the bathroom sink is, as I tend to do stuff whilst chatting to dd in her bath, whereas he tends to sit on his arse and read a book whilst she's in there), and given a sort of apology.

CantSleighWontSleigh · 06/12/2007 20:12

He'll find it hard to bf her before bed Friz . Can't have baths in the evening - the pump (because our water pressure is non existent without it) wakes dd.

Frizbe · 06/12/2007 20:15

Oh huge Bummer CSWS on both fronts still I made ya smile oh cripes, dd2 is yelling mummy, gotta go, may not be back, as cooking dinner too, dh on late night at shop now.

PhoeNixYouAMerryChristmas · 06/12/2007 22:42

Where is everyone??

Dh has been on the laptop most of the evening and i was expecting loads of posts to catch up on.

I'll go to bed then if no one's around just in case ds is up again like last night cos he's had no nap again and as stupid as it sounds we've worked out that when he doesn't nap in the day he's wide awake in the early hours, but luckily he does eventually (normally) go back to sleep.

CantSleighWontSleigh · 06/12/2007 22:50

I scared everyone off Phoenix .

mustrunmorewantsanewname · 06/12/2007 22:54

I'm hree bfor a bit;been out for xmas dinner with dh and dl!

CantSleighWontSleigh · 06/12/2007 22:57

And you left the poor children home alone . Am off to bed now. Night.

EachPeachPearMum · 06/12/2007 22:58

for csws- is he normally a twunt?

phoenix- dd is the same about napping- she was manic this evening after no nap!

Friz- hope the shop is doing well

jas- how is the building going?

DaveTheFreeRangeHamsterHasGone · 07/12/2007 08:12

csws - Did you and dh make up?

Frizbe at your work. Sounds like an average day here!

DP is getting on surprisingly well. He is working hard, and everything takes twice as long as he says, but there is progress.(Nohing to show you though. All the ceilings are in and he's plastered and started making hoes in the outside walls for he pipes from the new bathroom)

I am slighly less stressed, and we aren't arguing all the me eiher
Obviously nothig will be finished by Christmas, but I won't be leaving him. He is putting in the effort now, which is all I really wanted.

I have anoher busy day. I have to help him take out a bi of celing to get access to make a hole for the fan, but am going o oddler group first. I really ought to get dressed. We are late for school every day a the moment.

mustrunmorewantsanewname · 07/12/2007 08:32

I like the sound of an 'oddler group'

Got mym Mum coimng later, so wont be around much. Also meeting a friend for coffee while ds1 is in nursery, then he has a party after. Dh is currently treking back to the shops to exchange a nightie he boufgt for me on the spur of the moment yesterday, 2 sizes too small

Flame · 07/12/2007 11:26

Aww But he sees you that size, which is what matters

OP posts:
CantSleighWontSleigh · 07/12/2007 12:55

Yay for building works Jas. I have returned from toddler group to find my house an utter bombsite! Builders and electricians here today, and plastering going on in conservatory and living room.

'is he normally a twunt?' - can I plead the fifth on the grounds that he reads this thread .

Flame · 07/12/2007 12:59

I was wondering what your response to that would be

I love the way you talk about him on here though as if he didn't read the thread.

Although maybe more of my problems would be solved if DH read what I mutter about him...
