oh we live right at the back of a big child filled estate. my DD has 2 best friends that she plays out the front/back with most afternoons - or they play in each others houses if it is raining, so today she was not allowed to play with the other 2. she just stood at the window and watched while they trundled round the pavement on their wee trikes i felt REALLY guilty but then it was her that bit the baby NOT me!! (i know i'm cruel but i was livid!!)

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 20:17

I agree Derlor. Though I realise that with many stones to lose, people may view my theory sceptically

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 20:19

Ah, I see. Bet you did feel bad, but like you said it was her that did the biting.

upsyderlor · 22/10/2007 20:20

i have 1 stone to loose but absoloutely NO willpower, i start WW EVERY day though

Elsbells · 22/10/2007 20:20

Oh Delor you have just put the fear in me.

DS is 22 months older than DD and I have had such a hard time with it. DS didn't take to DD very well by throwing tantrum after tantrum for weeks. And he even made BF a nightmare by trying to yank her off and crying at my feet all the time.

I really do want no 3 and was thinking that maybe 3-3/1 yrs apart would make it better.

Guess not?

When I can be arsed I have LOADS of willpower. Just can't be arsed at the moment.

upsyderlor · 22/10/2007 20:22

thing that made me most mad was that she was only upset that she had been punished and kept saying "you're not nice to me mummy". She had NO remorse whatsoever for what she had done to her sister.

fairyfay · 22/10/2007 20:23

Hi everyone. I too have no willpower, not even enough to get on the scales to see how much I have to lose.

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 20:23

But am going to have to for vanity's sake if nothing else - have entered the Sun Walk in Bristol next July, and you're meant to walk in it your bra, which means tummy on display.

Elsbells · 22/10/2007 20:23

Sorry didn't mean to post in stereo.
I have a stone to lose but with xmas creeping by think it will make a great New Year's resolutions.

Off to have a glass of red wine.
I need those calories.
Night

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 20:23

That would upset me too, derlor.

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 20:24

Night elsbells

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 20:25

actually think I'm going to bed too. Hope I can knock this feeling ill on the head with an ultra-early night

fairyfay · 22/10/2007 20:27

Is it something I said? Am beginning to get a complex - hardly anyone around all weekend until I have an early night on sunday, and I turn up tonight and 2 people instantly go to bed [

foxystein · 22/10/2007 20:29

Hope you are OK MJ - sleep well.

I agree with the 'syn' thing. At least with WW points you can eat 10 curly wurlys if you want.

I need to get back on WW. I can see myself getting fatter

Hi everyone!

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 20:30

fairyfay it's not you, honest

Stupid slimming world
why can't I just have fajitas?
FFS
I need to lose 4 stone. Perhaps I ought to at least TRY this...

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 20:33

Right DS has gone to bed so this is my cue. Night ladies, I must sleep as I am starting to hallucinate.

fairyfay · 22/10/2007 20:33

Thanks Fury at least someone is still talking to me .

I do need to do something about my lardy bum, but realistically I can't see me sticking to anything until after christmas - so I'm going to concentrate on trying not to eat too badly and walking as much as possible until then.

upsyderlor · 22/10/2007 20:37

i'm still here, sorry was just on the phone

fairyfay · 22/10/2007 20:40

Hi Derlor, Hi foxy?

Derlor - sorry to hear about DD, tbh I think I'd have done something similar. My DD is generally brilliant with DS, after a bit of a rocky start, but she still occasionally tries to take her frustration out on him especially if he's getting my attention when she wants it

Foxy - how's DS after his op?

upsyderlor · 22/10/2007 20:41

I NEED to just stick to WW and stop eating crap (all the time) it's actually really easy to do WW whilst BF couse of the extra 10 points - so why can't i just get on with it????

upsyderlor · 22/10/2007 20:45

i think i got a fright actually at her attitude, up until now she has been fabulous with DD and really does love her to bits.
Foxy, you had any experience of this sort of thing?

LittleMissNorty · 22/10/2007 20:45

Evening all Faylisa...I have the same effect....everyone buggers off to bed on the few evenings I get on here ...only here till BORING panorama finishes tonight tho!

LittleMissNorty · 22/10/2007 20:46

Blimey Derlor....sounds horrible with DD...did she leave marks?

With you on the dicipline thing....hope I will be strong enough to carry out my threats when I get there!
