Sorry was having a little lie down ater a dizzy spell

justbeme · 22/10/2007 15:27

Whats wrong with Kushies MHC?

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 15:28

I quite like hearing your nappy talk actually. But I can't join in much as we don't have lots of types.

foxystein · 22/10/2007 15:43

Have you finished, or shall I come back later?

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 15:45

What do you have Jammy? And why a dizzy spell?
No Foxy I have never finished! I am a bit OCD

foxystein · 22/10/2007 15:48

That's Ok Fury! I have things to do anyway

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 15:49

Aw Foxy I feel bed now! How has your day been anyway? I am still ill and v tired as S thinks that waking up at 4am for cuddles is GREAT

IwansMam · 22/10/2007 15:49

I'm just feeling guilty because we still haven't started using ours. And I'm still shuddering about the poo leak I had earier (3 days worth )

foxystein · 22/10/2007 15:52

Stop it Fury! I am kidding!

Am knackered and very sleepy myself. LO slept 14 hours too

It does not follow that I too had 14 hours. I woke up at 4am with the MOST painful, full, explosive norks imaginable. I couldn't risk getting up and waking everyone else up to express, so I lay there in agony for 2 hours.

Aren't you glad you asked now?

Right, I really do have things to do!

Catch up later all.

Jammy, hope you are OK. What was with the dizzy spell?

Sputnik · 22/10/2007 15:57

Iwansmum, I find we hve far fewer poo leakage issues with washables, if that's any incentive toyou. Baby Sputnik poos with the force of a hurricane, it always goes up his back.

Speaking of which, we got woken up yesterday by a small earthquake

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 15:58

that doesn't sound like much fun Foxy. Having never experienced this, I can only go 'oooh ouch' in sympathy.

And I daresay expressing at 4am wouldn't have done much to allow you to go back to sleep anyway ;-)

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 16:00

bloody hell sputnik

Yes Iwansmum... ditto... we had disposable leaks fairly often (at least with wee) and sometimes poo up the back.

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 16:01

I meant to add I find our bumgenius very reliable, not a wee or poo leak yet

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 16:04

We bought diddy diapers am
nd micro diddys, then got given a load of tots bots, a few in the smaller size which we4 use now, and loads of bigger ones which are washed and waiting to be used. Have also just taken Daisy's recommendation to buy some bum huggers, just a few to use at night.

Have bad head ache and keep feeling dizzy. Not sure why exactly, might just be too tired?

Sputnik · 22/10/2007 16:04

Sorry LMN, butI had tolaugh at the poo leakage on the designer babygro. You are very lucky, we get onee of those every day in this house (poo, not designre babygros)

And will you lot shut up about fab nappies please. I have about a million MEOs and don't need any more nappies

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 16:06

and sypathise with foxys norks. I know how bad mine felt after just 11 hours off

IwansMam · 22/10/2007 16:12

Sputnik - that's a very big incentive.

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 16:14

ok no more nappies. For now anyway. I might buy some blueberry diapers while I am in the US.

Ok stopping now!

Jammy are you ok? Maybe try and get some rest... if you are the same tomorrow you should probably see a doctor, no good you fainting with a LO

HellHathNoFury · 22/10/2007 16:18

I am off home. Might be on later, depending on how exhausted I am.

Where is Holly?
Anyway...later chaps.

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 16:18

Think I do just need some rest, Fury, so just sitting on sofa with DD. Have asked DH not to be too late home and have planned something easy for tea.

Sputnik · 22/10/2007 16:26

Anyone want to talk ponchos instead?

Sputnik · 22/10/2007 16:29

look after yourself mj

milkyJammy · 22/10/2007 16:30

would that be a seer's poncho or a mexican poncho, sputnik?

dogtanian · 22/10/2007 16:38

Do I hear nappy talk?

Hope everyone is well, had a weekend of hell (a whole story of dp getting pissed and being an arse)!

I'm gonna make dinner now, be back later with the full story. Love you all xx

PS I've just bought a whole load mpre nappies as well. It's super fun!
