Hello

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
mammyjo · 16/10/2007 12:07

Hi cazboldy!! I remember you (which is quite amazing as my memory is shocking!). Lovely to hear from you and glad that everything is ok. My little girl, Ffion, was born on March 28th (5 days early) and she is fab. She is a good baby most of the time, smiley, and has started to sleep better too which is helpful!!

Idreamofbroomsticks · 16/10/2007 12:17

Hiya lovely ladies. Just stuffing down my lunch while S is sleeping, & trying to catch up with all my boring admin paperwork type stuff. Yuk.

CD - saw a lady called Jasmine Birtles on tv this morning - she had loads of ideas for making money, esp for people who are stuck at home with DCs. this is her book (which she was plugging), but might be worth a look as she really had some great ideas.

Hi Cazboldy (I was Emmymummy). I had a little girl Sophie on 5th May (10 days late). She is gorgeous and totally yummy! Good to see you back.

Blardy washing machine has died this morning. Bugger, bugger, BUGGER!

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 12:19

Hi Cazboldy - I remember you - you are the one with about half a million children, aren't you!!!!? Congratulations on wee Molly (gorgeous name btw ) - she is your 6th, isn't she!!? Good to have you back....

Someone should post a link to the stats thread so you can see what we all had & when (I am crap at finding stuff on this site, so don't look at me - Ellie!!!!!?)

I had little girl number 3, Phoebe Elisabeth Joan on April 30th (last April baby on the april thread ) She is yummy - see my profile if you don't believe me!

Right, DH coming home for lunch and then off into town to do millions of things .....

runnyhabbit · 16/10/2007 12:23

Just tried to ring boss - was out on site so told office to tell him I called and I will send him an e-mail, and try to actually speak to him this week. Tried to keep the e-mail lighthearted (ish)

"Just wanted to know if my holiday request (Tuesdays and Thursdays off through December) is ok, as I need to confirm childcare arrangements.

Hope you're ok, and maybe we'll actually get to speak to each other soon!"

is that the time, really must go, got soft play this afternoon

nice to "see" you cazboldy!

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 12:24

Thanks for book tip, IDOC - will definitely purchase and have a read. Appreciated.

Idreamofbroomsticks · 16/10/2007 12:26

Have a look at her website too - have just been looking - loads of tips. Particularly like the idea of writing to various magazines for cash

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 12:28

Ooooooh, will do.

Eddas · 16/10/2007 12:39

births thread

went off to look for this and forgotten what else I was going to say

Got dc's by myself today until they go to bed (need a crying in terror emoticon really) am thinking maybe soft play for a couple of hours should wear the little blighter dd out

cazboldy · 16/10/2007 12:40

5th actually captaindippy! I lose count sometimes too!

Eddas · 16/10/2007 12:44

just reading the names on the birth thread. How did I not know before that Erin is a 13th baby too nutty possibly a little preoccupied when they were all born

Sexonlegs · 16/10/2007 12:48

Eddas I am the same. I knew Zaza's had S on the same day as K, but had overlooked that Luce had S on the same day too!

Idreamofbroomsticks · 16/10/2007 12:58

Aww makes me feel all nostalgic looking at that thread

SharpMolarBear · 16/10/2007 15:37

hi everyone I'm back!

OP posts:
runnyhabbit · 16/10/2007 15:51

I've just been on Facebook, trying to work out everyones real name

kneehighinnappies · 16/10/2007 16:00

Arrrrrrrfternoon, I have just started filling boxes up with all our shit worldly possesions, it is gong to take me for ever to get this sodding house packed up, but of course there is always time for a break for a bit of mn and facebook, although i am getting a bit fed up with it at the mo, my wall has gone really wonkey so if you want to talk to me (not that you would but just incase) please send messages to my inbox!

Hope you are all well, got to get back to my fucking packing.

runnyhabbit · 16/10/2007 16:06

Do not envy you one little bit. Would love a bigger house but the thought of actually moving scares the shit life out of me

cazboldy · 16/10/2007 16:34

I am only just sorted and settled in but it has been 7 months!!!!!

kneehighinnappies · 16/10/2007 16:58

I hate to think how long it is going to take us to get settled, considering that dh is knocking the crap life out the new house while I have to stay with my parents, great

oooggs · 16/10/2007 17:43

cazboldy hi and welcome back, molly is a lovely name. no.5 and I complain (but I am shattered)

SharpMolarBear · 16/10/2007 17:58

T has just sat up (v wobbly) for about 20 seconds
Then I said "clever boy" and he turned to look at me - and collapsed

nappynuttynormabutty · 16/10/2007 18:03

Hi Cazboldy (and a belated Congratulations!!!)

SMB, aww bless him. Erin will sit up for about that long if she has a toy to hold onto (one that sits on the floor iyswim) then she falls forwards into it

Idreamofbroomsticks · 16/10/2007 18:06

S can sit unsupported for ages [smug]

oooggs · 16/10/2007 18:07

Erin can sit unaided but Jack kneels up and rocks on all four I'm not ready for crawling

NorthernLurker · 16/10/2007 18:10

Hi, B will sit for 20 secs or so...but has now learned to roll back to front and back again. Hurrah - but sometimes she forgets she can do it and still gets stuck !
Weaning devlopment today - gave her some fingers of toast and she managed to get it in her mouth and suck quite successfully.

Eddas · 16/10/2007 18:14

horrah ds has just learnt to do this and it's a nightmare. All over the bloody place, smacking into stuff left, right and centre. He seems rather pleased with himself though I am less impressed(as you can tell) I like STILL babies

Sorry NL, didn't mean to spoil your joy, but I realised how nice it is when they are still when watching dd and ds, SO much less hassle

Oh well, inevitable that they'll be off and running soon.

So, i've asked before, any bets as to how many April babies will be walking at christmas I think I said 4 including my ds
