CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 09:32

Cheers, Luce - will have a look (thanks for the link again); but what password??

nappynuttynormabutty · 16/10/2007 09:32

Morning all

Better night last night. Erin woke once through night but settled very quickly.

CD - have you checked the Junk mail folder to make sure the email didn't go there? (Just an idea!)

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 09:37

Sorted! I do have an account, but where the email went is anyone's guess!!!?

Lucewitch · 16/10/2007 09:40

YEAh CD, glad it's sorted. Just remeber to keep checking your page or you will miss the assignments!

Have been toilet training B this week and I think that he has finally cracked it

Wooo Hooooo

I am so pleased!

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 09:46

Whooooo! Hoooooo! Good stuff Luce - started toilet training with DD2 about a month and a bit ago, thought I'd cracked it but she has reverted - poos and wees all over the damn place. Arse.

Lucewitch · 16/10/2007 09:49

CD, it has taken B a while and it has not been easy for him but I am so proud of him [proud mummy emotion]

elkiedee · 16/10/2007 10:12

Morning all, just feeding Danny then I will venture out in the wet damp day to an NCT coffee morning.

Am half watching a repeat of Home Birth Diaries which I think features a mumsnetter.

mammyjo · 16/10/2007 10:42

Morning all!! Feeling brighter today thankfully!

Elkie, have a nice morning (even if the weather is pants)

Luce, congrats to B!! Bless him, what a little star!

I signed up with grass roots too via the link on here and have so far missed out on 3 assignments! They have literally been snapped up in seconds Oh well, better luck next time!

Runny, shame your boss is being a pita. Hope you get some sense out of him soon. Happy anniversary for yesterday too Hope the cake was good!

Norma, glad you have had a better night. Sleepless nights are just vile. F has only been waking once a night lately, so much much better!

Sexonlegs · 16/10/2007 10:49

Morning ladies

Pissing with rain here too.

Glad you had better nights too.

Elkie, enjoy your NCT thing, and SMB, have a lovely day with your pal.

All ok here. Saw the nurse re my burnt hand. Not a lot they can do really as I had thought.

Dh and I fell out hugely last night, so had a crap nights sleep.

He presented me with a card that he had made this morning apologising for being an arse! Bless him.

Right, need to "feed" K and then deposit B at school for her second school dinner of the week!!

Laters. xx

mammyjo · 16/10/2007 10:49

Meant to say, good to see the pillock is back in residence

mammyjo · 16/10/2007 11:04

Morning SOL, x posted with you

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 11:17

Still around, wriggly babe on lap so hard to type

runnyhabbit · 16/10/2007 11:22

Morning

Feeling calmer today , and am thinking more like fangs this morning, that boss probably didn't want to worry me too much while on mat leave etc..
I've just hated the lack of communication, and if its bad news then I'd rather be told, than have to ask for it, iyswim.

Anyway.....
I'm fancying a name change, any suggestions? Am quite liking bunnyrabbit, (dh nickname for me) but is that too nicey nice?

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 11:24

Popped her on her playmat - that'll last about am inute (if that)

Filling in questionnaire for Grassroots, taking absolutely YEEEEEEARS! Have been doing it for the best part of an hour and a half and not even half-way through .... slowly loosing the will to live .....

runnyhabbit · 16/10/2007 11:29

question about Grassroots - do you actually have to buy the products?
When I worked for Halfords, the customers actually buy the stuff (one time was a £400 bike) Only knew because we got a report on it afterwards and could remember the customer.

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 11:29

Glad you are feeling calmer, RH - BunnyRabbit is sweet imho - might be taken though.

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 11:30

Think the compnay cover all costs, RH - (at least I bloody hope they do )

Lucewitch · 16/10/2007 11:44

It depends on the assigment Runny. For Asda they like you to buy a bags worth of shopping but will give you an extra £5 towards the cost. For others like GAP you can just return the item for a full refund.

It is usually clearly stated in the brief so that you know before you commit to doing the assignment.

hunkermunker · 16/10/2007 11:46

Sorry to crash in, but I keep seeing this in active convos and where did your thread go?

CaptainDippy · 16/10/2007 11:47

It got eaten by a big hungry techno goblin, HM!!

cazboldy · 16/10/2007 12:01

Hi everyone. doubt you will even remember me, but here goes! We moved house at the beginning of march this year and we had no broadband here in the back of beyond. Unbelieveably it has taken me this long to get it sorted!
My baby girl Molly was born on her due date on April 6th and is absolutely beautiful.
Was only connected this morning and have been dying to speak to you all again! Haven't had a chance to read what you have all been up to, so let me know how you all are!!!

Lucewitch · 16/10/2007 12:05

Hiya Cazboldy

Congratulations on the arrival of Molly.
Good to see you back
