Aw Ria...lovely. I'd completely forgotton the frog was called gabriel.

Hi bumper, glad you're back with us so soon and I hope DD is feeding better now.

Babyboo slept till 6:30 this morning....yay for babyboo!

Need to get back on the fly lady wagon this morning, or I'll never do it! My sink is shamefully un-shiny

daisyandbabybootoo · 10/10/2007 09:54

LOL ria....I'll be needing the minky yo-yos myself if I get any more excited

udderleyfoxy · 10/10/2007 09:56

I love that Ria!

Good to have you back Bumper! Glad move went well, hope you have your washing machine sorted. Probably the most important white good ever!

Morning all - shite night here. Shouldn't complain as like you BZ, we had a good run of sleep until she decided to have a growth spurt. Unfortunately her growth spurt isn't enough. Oh well.

I have 20 mins to be washed, dressed and somewhere else with 2 small children. It isn't going to happen is it?

daisyandbabybootoo · 10/10/2007 10:08

I'm not going to WW this morning as I know I've not done well. I will start back with the mettings aftr my holiday, which is going to be a detox week for DH and I. He's stopping smoking, and I am giving up chocolate and wine, completely

riabutterflew · 10/10/2007 10:10

on holiday????????

Charlie999 · 10/10/2007 10:10

Oh Ria, that's lovely

daisyandbabybootoo · 10/10/2007 10:13

yup ria, we are using the away from the usual routine thing, to get a new one going.

Mad I know, but it is going to be an activity holiday and drinking and smoking not conducive to that. We have a sauna in our cottage so are going to sweat out all the toxins nd come back feeling pure and refreshed.....well that's the plan anyway

BadZelda · 10/10/2007 10:14

I'm still in awe of you people bothering with WW when you're breastfeeding. My weight fluctuates by 2-3 kilos depending on what time of day it is and whether M has drained the boobs or not....and like MHC I tend to hang onto weight till after weaning - at which point that extra 5 kilos will, I hope, vanish like magic!

daisyandbabybootoo · 10/10/2007 10:19

LOL BZ, I'm comforting myself with the fact that I'm one of those "hang onto it till afterwards" body types as well.

The only time I've dropped any real weight was when DD was having a mahoosive growth spurt and I was constantly hungry.

I'll try to use it more as a healthy eating regime and if I lose weight into the bargain, then that's a bonus.

CunningPlanFormulator · 10/10/2007 10:23

Morning everyone!

I lost a stone when I stopped bfing my dd, so anyone who tells you bfing makes you lose weight is talking bollocks!

I had a horrible dream last night that I was walking through town in my knickers! Was v !

Welcome back bumper. Hope everything gets sorted soon...do not overdo it, the unpacking can wait!

Foxy, hope you get to where you were going on time!

riabutterflew · 10/10/2007 10:32

i hope i'm one of those people too

HellHathNoFury · 10/10/2007 10:55

my job is the most tedious thing in the world

I am going to die of boredom

HellHathNoFury · 10/10/2007 11:01

my sis is having IVF...they are putting the eggs back in today. Fingers crossed for her.

teabag007 · 10/10/2007 11:21

hello bumper, welcome back, i've just recently jumped in here, can't imagine having to go through a move so glad it was all successful, hope jabs go ok

you'll all hate me if i talk about sleeping or weight loss....so i won't!

ria, well done on your christmas shopping.....very organised.....i must learn from you ladies

foxy, hope you got out ok, admiration again from me at how you cope.....

fury - fingers crossed for your sis, at least you're getting paid for the boredom - how about some online games to keep you occupied?

hope all those with busy days get on ok
i suppose i should think about getting dressed....

milkyJammy · 10/10/2007 11:44

Hi again. Just back from a coffee morning, with guest stars of Lenny and George, the tortoises. Lenny is a girl and George is still little, so sex unknown as yet, and both were very popular with the children, especially when Lenny kept escaping.

Good luck and everything crossed for your sister, Fury

daisyandbabybootoo · 10/10/2007 11:44

babyboo has discovered a new found love in the swivelly computer chair....

....ufortunately I now feel sick and dizzy

daisyandbabybootoo · 10/10/2007 11:45

yup....big sticky vibes to TAs big sis.....my BIL and his wife's newborn twins were IVF!

teabag007 · 10/10/2007 11:46

daisy, if you strap her in tight could you be twirler rather than participant?

CunningPlanFormulator · 10/10/2007 11:54

Big crossed fingers for your sis TA!

I feel like shit today, i'm still in my pjs! I feel all tonsilitisy again, buggery bollocks!

Have to go out though as stayed in all of yesterday and really need to go to post office.

Teabag, glad you are still here! We do have a tendency to scare people off...you are clearly made of tougher stuff!

teabag007 · 10/10/2007 11:59

sorry you're feeling rotten formulator, have only just got dressed myself and i have no excuse so don't feel bad about it

HellHathNoFury · 10/10/2007 11:59

tonsilitis AGAIN!?
bloody hell

I have just terminated my management consultancy. argh am stressed

daisyandbabybootoo · 10/10/2007 12:07

holly, are you back on the list for a tonsilectomy?

nothing short of gaffer tape will fix babyboo to the chair (it's wooden and shiny), but I think that is cruelty.

She's started her high pitched squealing again....oh joy!

I'mmoff to load up some new pics on facebook.

teabag and ellsbells (and pingu if you're still there), we are on facebook so we can share photos etc. If you e-mail me at daisybump at yahoo dot co dot uk, I'll invite you both to join (if you're not members already that is!)

teabag007 · 10/10/2007 12:20

fury - you've just chucked your job in? too boring?

thanks daisy, will have to have a look at facebook and i'm sure will have some questions to demonstrate my lack of technical capability and general ineptitude when it comes to "modern" life

BadZelda · 10/10/2007 12:33

sorry to hear that holly. can you take tyrozets whilst breastfeeding?
