Jas · 28/09/2007 12:54

Aww.

Boy is still just throwing everything. He plays with plastic cows and lego.

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/09/2007 13:59

flame.

at your dh Phoenix for being funny about Lew having girls bags at this age.

Well it seems that my entire 'first baby group' (the girls I see every Friday) are now pregnant, except for the 2 who are sticking with only children. I started ttc well before any of them.

mustrunmore · 28/09/2007 14:10

Ah, but their dh's are prob there durug the week too; it does help to be in the same place you know! Dont get disheartened.

I am ill. Very. Been throwing up every 30mins since 4am, and got seriuos squites too Dh has had to take a day's hol, cancelling the one in half term where we were going to do family stuff. and h wa s on 8hrs overtime tomorrow, but tha\ts been taken off him because he had today off So thats £25 per hr before tax etc, all lost. Am feeling very guilty.
The woman came and bought mt p&t today though
And dh took obth boys to soft play before ds1's nusery, because our neighbout dragged him along

Phoenix; I remember when ds1 got into bags; we got him a Thmoas satchel to take to his community nursery, but he was too tired to carry it on the way back, the the straps kept coimng undone (only velcro). It was a right pain!

mustrunmore · 28/09/2007 14:11

Sorry Flame; didnt mean to ignore you. I am thinknig of you, but you'll know that already. xxxx

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/09/2007 14:20

But you can't help being ill mrm, so it's not like you have anything to feel guilty for!
That's your Phil and Teds yes? Didn't realise you were getting rid of it. Only seems like 2 mins since you bought it! I guess ds1 doesn't need a buggy any more then?

DH is only going to Dublin for 2 days next week so that he can be in the country at (hopefully) the right time .

Off to Pennies' house shortly to meet with her and Whooosh, where I can compare notes on local private schools .

Jas · 28/09/2007 14:36

YOu aren't allowed to feel guilty fo bein ill, mrm. That is silly. I hope it is over quickly.

CSWS - I think being in the same place at the right time must increase the chances of you conceiving, too

DP is picking up the girls

Phoenix - I think dp may have been abit funny about ds with a bag if he had been our first. He's alot more chilled about these things now.

Jas · 28/09/2007 16:49

WE've been to the dentist this afternoon for a check up. DS is now registered and has had his (12) teeth counted.

I have to pay now though so very glad I don't need anything else done. I'm supposed to go to the hygienist, but it is £30 and you have to pay in advance so I'm putting it off.....

CantSleepWontSleep · 28/09/2007 23:04

Did he open his mouth and co-operate Jas?

Is no-one around tonight? I've been here for ages, but am embroiled in debate on the benefit fraud thread!

Jas · 29/09/2007 07:08

Not exactly, no

I've just read that whole thread, csws. Interesting thread. I am surprised by the number of people who would report a friend and not confront her first.

Jas · 29/09/2007 07:12

Oh,csws...I think it was the p&t covers bein washed preselling that broke mrms washing machine.

Are you any better today mrm?

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/09/2007 08:06

Ah yes Jas - I think it was!

I was surprised by the number of people who think it's okay to commit a crime just because they think that other people commit worse ones!

Yes how are you today mrm?

Jas · 29/09/2007 08:47

Sadly that didn't surprise me at all.

mustrunmore · 29/09/2007 09:03

Bit better , ta No more sick, but my whole torso is aching from all the heaving, kidneys are so sore too. But I ate a cooked carrot last night! On the plus side, I suppose its a detox and I might have lost a lb or two!

And, because I havent been drinking so much water etc... ... I slept from 10pm to 3.15am last night

csws, ds1 hasnt been in a buggy since he was 2.5ish! But I kept the double for loading shopping in the back seat, and for visiting babies. But now that ds2 wont stay in a buggy, I cant do shopping like that anyway. And I love my little citilite being so narrow! And I loved getting £175 cash

Washing machine due today...

CantSleepWontSleep · 29/09/2007 17:38

I had it in my head that he still used it just occasionally, but I guess not then!

Quiet on here again today. We've been over at in laws. They are coming here shortly too, as dh and I are off to Dee & Hub's for dinner.

mustrunmore · 29/09/2007 18:48

Hub's for dinner??? you'd be better off at home having sex, surely

mustrunmore · 29/09/2007 19:28

no washing machine, no reason, no idea wher it is, except my order says it was dispatched, but no one knows where the courier took it

Phoenix · 29/09/2007 20:01

That's for afters mrm

re your washer

Jas · 29/09/2007 20:02

mrm

I have heating DP spent all day working, and has got it all going.

We're going out for dd2s birthday treat tomorrow, so no other work will get done, but even I'm not going to complain this weekend.

Flamesparrow · 29/09/2007 21:04

@ washing machine

CSWS - replied on the benefits thread saying how pleased I am that I am honest with benefits because I am far too open about my finances on here and you would have shopped me long ago

Squits here with DS Just hope DD avoids it

Ohh xfactor back - be back for more in the break

OP posts:
Flamesparrow · 29/09/2007 21:54

Yay for heating.

How is your DVD player now MRM?

Watching national film awards - Daniel Radcliffe looked about ready to throw up when he realised he had beaten Johnny Depp (what's with that??!?! Pirate/school wizard?!?), but Rupert Grint looked all because there was no way he was going to get a look in when he was in the same category as his mate.

OP posts:
Phoenix · 29/09/2007 22:00

I'm watching that too Flame but i missed that award while i was at the loo so i just went to rewind it (sky+) to where i left it but dh turned it over while i was out of the room so now i can't watch the bits i missed IDIOT!!!!!

mustrunmore · 30/09/2007 07:51

Ah, well if you do have posh things like Sky+...

for your heating Jas.
Dvd player still knackered. Button held in place with a bit of gaffer that keeps dropping off.

On the plus side, being ill means I've nearly fininshed th book I started in June

23 choices toady: Brent X to get lodger's birthday pressie (but dh could go to Selfridges in his lunch hour on Mon, but then I wouldnt get Boots points!) or go and buy friut and veg form Tescos. Oh, the choices!!

Jas · 30/09/2007 08:40

We're going to Woburn

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/09/2007 09:38

You should call in on your way back!

CantSleepWontSleep · 30/09/2007 10:09

mrm - I will get dh to dig out the dvd player stuff today, and maybe I can visit this week to drop it off. In fact, what are your plans for tomorrow?

lol at benefits flame .

for washer mrm. Who are you buying it from?

Had lovely lovely time last night. Was great to discuss stuff other than the kids and feel like a 'proper' adult again! Did you meet Dee too mrm? She is really lovely.
