oh i've got a GREAT word for scrab....very appropriate to us!

TALLULAHBELLE · 13/09/2007 22:15

I can't play scrab but am now intrigued.

daisyandbabybootoo · 13/09/2007 22:15

No, I think she has decided not to sell. she wanted £25 so I was going to grab them at that price, but then some other posters came on pointing out that she was letting them go for a song and did she not just want to hang on to them for her next DC.

I felt really like I was trying to fleece her or something.

I'm doing a stock take of my nappy hoarde tomorrow. I have the sneaking suspicion i have more than enough to be going on with

My new wraps are gorgeous though!

If drying is an issue for you T, look at Tots fluffles or Bambinex teddies. I've got a teddy and it dries in half an hour. It's microfibre and is quite absorbent. Or pocket nappies like fuzzibunz would be good as you can stock up on lots of inserts. The outers dry really quickly.

Sorry Derlor, am going to have to bail on the game - Facebook isn't playing nicely and I'm getting annoyed with it!

Think I'll take my lo to bed for a snuggle.

Night all xx

riabutterflew · 13/09/2007 22:17

gawd, she's at it again

derlor · 13/09/2007 22:19

oh well never mind my word was areoles, only got 9 points for it but what the hell - i'm shite at scrab!!
night Foxy x

TALLULAHBELLE · 13/09/2007 22:19

Seemed to me that she was offering them up to a good home & was u that suggested she sell so no need to feel like u trying to do her. I like the pocket thingies, but will look into the other quick dry options too. Thanks for advice.

daisyandbabybootoo · 13/09/2007 22:22

good word Derlor....but how the f*** do you pronounce it.

Like all words for womens' bits, sounds very silly indeed to me!

T, I've got an application form to become a nappy advisor for babykind.....i may as well put all my newly swotted up information to good use, and earn some pocket money into the bargain!

OP posts:
derlor · 13/09/2007 22:25

TALLULAHBELLE · 13/09/2007 22:32

Good plan Daisy, no point letting the obsession expertise go to waste.

sputnik · 13/09/2007 22:33

Well my puttng DD to bed 3 hours early backfired as she got up again at the time she normally goes to bed. She has been nice though. We have now started bedtime routine and we'll see when she actually falls asleep......
