he said if we do go he has to equal the salary anyway so theres no problems there, he just doesnt want us rushing into anything!

AJM, have you found your way out of the packing boxes, more importantly, how long has Alfie spent in one?!!! We moved house when DS1 was about 9 months, everytime I tackled a bit more of the packing I'd put him in a box with his teddy that he loved (Mr. Bluey was his name, a blue elephant from Toys 'r' Us, it squeaked and everything... ahem, anyway...) he would sleep, eat, play, and everything else in a box, daft child.

I have been and got the Euros and travellers cheques today, 9 days to go (well 9 days and an hour!)

Can't remember if I said or not but George got another tooth last Saturday, bless him, he looks so cute with his two little bottom teeth He has a bit of a cold, I am hoping it doesn't spread around us all, really don't want a holiday laid up in bed with tissues and olbas oil at the ready!

well we've got a mortgage in principle from our current mortgage company.........for.............88,390!!! and this would mean we dont have to pay the penalty fees for leaving our mortgage if we stay with them.

thats plenty, and our repayments wil be less than we're spending atm on rent and mortgage combined!!

I cant wait!

how exiting stacey! nottinghams not a bad place, my friend was from there and we had quite a few good nights out up there.. they do a fab st patricks day parade!

mil is driving me nuts (i've just been critisised for letting ds1 have a nap of an hour and half - two hours every day... he's 2 ffs! he didn't want to go to bed tonight because you had him all hyped up and fed him junk food and no-one f**ing tried!! aaarrrghhh!! it's not his usual routine god-dammit!!) thats better!!

but i have to love her (begrudgingly) she just bought dp a wii for his birthday next week can't wait to play it (feel a new addiction is about to begin)

Hi all

Sorry again for not being around (i have a habit of starting a post with that i know!) but it looks like Jack will be in for another 2 week course of i.v's again on Monday he can't shift this latest cough so im guessing thats what they will say.
Which will mean 2 weeks with the 3 of us stuck in 1 room all day and night. sigh.

Harry is doing well now, he is cruising round the furniture like a mad thing he can go really fast!

I have completley run out of foos so have to dash to Tesco when DP gets home i have had to feed the kids my emergency healthy meal of a steam bag of veg with Bisto cheese sauce on, they love it and its basically all veg so i don't mind them having it!

oh charlee sorry that ds isnt well again! it's gunna be even harder this time with ds2 on the move! hope it all goes ok! sending good thoughts for you!

only thing is......... i got the pack from our housing association about how to sell and we have to pay........right listen to this........the housing associations legal fees......i mean wtf?!?! how rude, i knew we'd pay our own, but theirs?! oh and they get 1% of our 35% if someone they nominates buys, yet they have 3 months to sell before we can try, how unfair!!

Oh the joys of house moving. Still waiting to move here too. Found out today that the house we are buying may not have had planning permisison for the extension - the sale of the flat is ready to go and this is now holding the chain up - oh the joy! Good luck Stacey and mygirl - stacey, that's sucky about the HA, they have you over a barrel don't they - for you.
