There's me, busy all day, thinking I will sit down and have a good read of todays posts to find no-one here

I thought candlestick maker too when I read your post macca.

Chloe I'll have my socal life second hand by reading about yours I think Sounds like a good night.

DP is p*ssing me off today. He took the day off work for no apparent reason today, and apart from sorting the car out, did sod all all day, but this evening pointed out the stuff I haven'tt done then thought he could go to the pub without me moaning

I've extended my cake baking job to a cleaning/sandwich filling making job from tomorrow
My friend isn't coping with the amount of work (what with her four children to fit in as well) so I get a bit of holiday money.

Arty shots have been delivered. Sadly no pjs were available lol.

She throws a jolly good party that csws.

CantSleepWontSleep · 16/07/2007 22:25

What happened to your early night hub?!

Jas - could do with your cake baking skills instantly. Am supposed to be taking a banana cake to toddlers tomorrow, but I got so engrossed with hub's photos that I left it in the oven for nearly an hour too long . Will have to go and buy one very early, but it will then contain dairy and sugar, neither of which were in my cake .

at your dp Jas, but that's nothing new!

Friz - to answer your question, dd coughed a lot in her sleep, but otherwise slept fine, except that she only did 8pm-6:20am, despite having no nap . She had a 10min doze in the car today, but that's all, so it really does look like her naps are on their way out. Got her to bed at 7:30 tonight, and not a peep out of her since, so looking better so far (did give medised again).

You've all lost me with your candlestick makers. Hope doc gave you some medicine ok macca.

macca went to the butcher and the bakers today

DS appears to need two bottles of milk at bedtime now. He was intermittantly moaning/crying from when I put him to bed til 8.30 tonight, when he went quiet and (Ithought) was asleep. Turned out dp had taken him into the girls room to play as he was still crying[grr]

Settled off to sleep with more milk though once I realised and put him back to bed.

Am drinking wine

Morning

2boysmacca · 17/07/2007 06:54

Can we see any of the photos csws?

Maybe we should start a disgruntled with our fellas club Jas. Dh admitted last night that he finds the boys really really hard work at the moment and isn't enjoying them as much as he wants too. I was rather proud that he finally made the admission.

Went to the Dr's and got the drops and I think we've caught it early enough. He woke up this morning with very little gunk.
We finally have more teeth. After months of moaning and dribbling and swollen gums, his molars are poking through. Unfortunatley for him I think they'll be followed rather briskly as his mouth is very very swollen.

4th gym session this moring with PT. Really starting to see a difference, I think I've dropped a bra size which is NOT good news since I've just spent a fortune buying new underwear! i may just have fill my bras with chicken fillets I've also dropped from a 28 jean, although I will refrain from buying new ones until my 6 weeks are up. Good timing though as my jeans have started to hole at the knee.

Right better go and get ready for the gym and sort the boys out. While I've been typing, ds has been racing Rory and ds2 has been whacking a football around the room with a cricket bat. It may well be time for a 2nd breakfast in the shape of bananas for the boys.

Flame, I can't move my pirates forward, I'm stuck at pillagin and can't click out to sail away. Is it the application or something I'm doing wrong? Anyone else a facebook pirate?

Jas · 17/07/2007 06:58

Not even 7am and you are on the second breakfast?

I need to go and do breakfast number one.

DP is rubbish with babies. Always has been. I'm going to restrain from listing all his many failings today though as it just puts me in a bad nood. If I get more and more cross with him as this week goes by remind me it really isn't helping, please (He is about to pack in nis job)

2boysmacca · 17/07/2007 12:09

Jas · 17/07/2007 18:42

csws - good question He hates working for other people bu doesn't make enough money when he works independantly. He rarely lasts more than 3 months working for a firm and has been at his current place for 8, so it isn't a surprise. Every week this month he has said he will finish at the end of the week and then carried on, but he will probably stop soon. He always finds something else, but I like the stability and security of knowing if/when/how much he will be paid every week.

I have shorter hair, but it need dying again already.

Out all day today, sports day at the infant school tomorrow. Last day of term on Thursday. I will either be on here loads, desperate for a chat, or not at all, and out having fun over the next 6 weeks.

We break up this week and I am dreading the holidays! My sister is coming to stay with us for a few days and I am heading to the inlaws for a few days but that is about it. I'm hoping the creche is still open at the gym as this is my only sanity point!

Jas · 17/07/2007 20:31

Mine are going to stay with my parents for a few days
Including the 4th August

we will be camping in Castle Howard this weekend.
