LMAO dh has just brought the dog back from the groomers he's bald

This is what he looks like with hair

and

this is him today

I can't stop laughing at him

Mrm that was close good job she realised.

CantSleepWontSleep · 26/07/2007 16:14

ROFL - bit of a contrast there! Is that what your dh asked for?!

Very close call mrm, and scary how easy it was for the abductor.

mustrunmore · 26/07/2007 16:15

wtf???!!!!! Seriously, if I saw those pics and wanted to buy a dog, I'd have gone for the first one like a shot, and disregarded the second totally! sorrrry I think 'groom' is a bit of an understatement!

Phoenix · 26/07/2007 16:18

He was a bit knotted so they had to do it really. Once a knot starts forming and we miss it there's no getting it out without cutting it and this time he had quite a lot

Phoenix · 26/07/2007 16:20

And it's also his summer cut, he can't cope with thich hair in the summer

Chloe55 · 26/07/2007 16:21

PMSL at your dog PG!!! I know he is supposed to look like the second pic but I much prefer him with longer hair. He looks really pissed off

Dame - I am 99.9% sure I'm not pg as I have just come off my period and we have had very little sex over the past couple of months, have only just stopped taking the pill this past fortnight too. Think it is just bad diet.

The house is clean clean clean! And I feel calm, calm, calm! Just running ds a bath and then off to pick him up from nursery. I think I needed this day, a day without ds to just get on top of everything.

Phoenix · 26/07/2007 16:21

I mean thick obv

mustrunmore · 26/07/2007 16:23

Chloe, I have been thinknig about you catually, as I've beenfalling asleepat 7pmish the last few nights, totally knackered with no rela reson, and it is just like being pg but i'm definitely not!

Chloe55 · 26/07/2007 16:45

weird, huh? Must be something in the water

FlameParakeet · 26/07/2007 19:43

You all talkin too much and I can't keep up today!!!

Went swimming (details of that joy in "other subjects").

Demo went really well - they were bright and easy to talk to!

for the poor dog - I remember a groomer getting over excited doing mum's dog once... we walked him on the beach in the dark because we were embarrassed for him!!!

CantSleepWontSleep · 26/07/2007 21:50

You've made everyone stop talking now!

FlameParakeet · 26/07/2007 21:53
Blush
Frizbe · 26/07/2007 22:42

Dame, good luck with scan then {{{Hugs}}}

Hi to everyone else!

Took dd1 to pics today too Jas, dh rained off work, so he had dd2, who wouldn't have watched it.......Shrek, was ok, dd1 seemed to like the experience once she got over it being dark again and the fact she left her doggy in the car

OMG just got back on and that had loaded, my computer internet connection crashed (some crap thing I need to sort out, its the pc not the connection, load of twonk that it is... times out after a while with no explanation) thought I was going to have to re type it all!! will read now flame.

Frizbe · 26/07/2007 23:16

bloody hell that was weird, no word of a lie, the wine bottle just uncorked itself again. I'd put the cork back in and put the bottle upontop of the drawers out of the way of any random kids in the morning and pop, there it is on the floor I really don't think I need to drink any more of it tonight and dh doesn't defo, he's asleep!

Frizbe · 26/07/2007 23:58

not good news for misdee, please ensure everyone you know is on the organ donation list.

Jas · 27/07/2007 07:22

Morning,

I went to bed with earache and woke up feeling better and had a cup of tea. Not a good idea

Phoenix- Your dh paid to have your dog look like that. I wouldn't know whether to to laugh or cry. At least it doesn't know how silly it looks

Flame - I hope swimming today is better. Two adults is always a good idea, particularly if your friend can be more assertive.

The dds have lessons next week and they will be in the teaching pool so no problem with changing rooms, but dd2s are at 8am

No idea what to do today. It may be nice enough to go to the farm, but I feel rubbish. If I stay in with them all day I may kill them though. I really don't have the patience to deal with bickering girls all day.

FlameParakeet · 27/07/2007 07:42

Oh dear for cup of tea reactions!!!

2 adults is one thing today... but it ups the child ratio to 4 (both the same age as mine )

Jas · 27/07/2007 07:55

My pool won't let me take ds and another child under 8 at all (which is why we are doing lessons at stupid'o'clock next week).

FlameParakeet · 27/07/2007 08:09

tbh, I'm not sure I've ever tried before

Oh dear, will be prepared for many tears if they say no!

CantSleepWontSleep · 27/07/2007 08:10

Jas - do you have the car today? If so then you are welcome to come up here this afternoon. That way the girls get out but you are still near to a toilet.

Jas · 27/07/2007 08:23

Are you sure csws? I feel ok but I would hate to spread it....

Yes I have car
