Just wanted to say too :

Bubblez you poor thing having to go thru all that so soon after birth. Think of yourself now, make sure you're not "overdoing" it etc etc.

AND of course get pc sorted !!! x

Will "catch up" properly later.

CaptainDippy · 26/06/2007 16:01

Aw, look at all those bubbas - so sweet!! Lucy obviously wasn't having as much fun as the others!!! Ellie & Ben are soooo sweet too - who do they belong to!!? Hope you all had a super time!

Sexonknackeredlegs · 26/06/2007 16:01

Pinions · 26/06/2007 16:02

zazas - yes bf-ing is a piece of cake now (thanks for asking, you´re a sweetie!) but lordy-me those were a hard 6 weeks to get through. when they say the 1st 6 wks are hard i never in a million years thought it would be ´pushed to the limit of endurance´ hard!! now it is a joy.. and look at you with your trip to Pareeee.. very jealous...

CaptainDippy · 26/06/2007 16:27

maveta - I have soooo much admiration for the pain & anguish you have been through to stick at BF - It would have nearly killed a lesser mortal - You are an inspiration - Well Done - You should be v.proud of yourself sweetie!! Glad it is going well now .....

Awwww, she looks so sweet when she is sleeping!!

bubblez · 26/06/2007 16:31

Ok so rebooting the laptop hasnt helped iwth the dodgy 'wwwwwwwwwwwwww' so apologies in advance for all the dodgy looking words.

Thank you for all the lovely comments xxxxxxxxx. I do have to keep reminding myself that it as for the best.... i think the owwound is still fresh so to speak and that is awhat makes it so dificult.

Katy - the day that T was born she aws seen by a midiwfe and a doctor nither of which noticed that she was jaundice. The next morning however another midwife visited and sent her to the pead suspecting she was jaundice, (she was). She was sent home after blood tests (she awas just over the line) and told to return in a couple of days for a repeat. The jaundice had increased but she was just under the line. told to come back again for more tests a couple of days later and the jaunice had stayed the same (still just under the line), was discharged (without uva treatment) told to keep feeding regularly and put her in sunlight to break jaundice donw and flush it out. (was also told that because i awas breastfeeding at the time it ould take longer to flush out )
At four week hv check, hv decided that T was still jaundice and sent us doc hwo refered us to hospital cos of T's 'Yello w tinge'.... Pead did tests and came to the conclusion that 'yello w tinge' had more to do iwith T being 'mixed race' (which is what i had sujested to doc it may be) and discharged us awas a little stressfull at the time but quite amusing looking back
what happened iwth your lo?

CaptainDippy · 26/06/2007 16:32

AngeG · 26/06/2007 16:42

bubblez - so sorry to hear you've had such a stressful time Thinking of you. Make sure you take it easy and look after yourself. xxxxx

nuttygirl · 26/06/2007 16:42

Afternoon all

Just a quick post as parents will be arriving soon.

Bubblez - so sorry you're having such a hard time. I'm sure the decision you made was the bast thing for you and your family.

As for the dodgy wwwwwwww, could it be a bit of dirt under the key. You can lift them off (might need something to poke underneaath to lift it up) then blow away the dirt or tip keyboard upside down to get it out and then replace the key.

I think I'm about sorted! Have hoovered, done laundry, haven't dusted ...no won't be bothering with that

CaptainDippy · 26/06/2007 16:47

No dusting gets done here either nutty - only just enough time for a quick "Lick & Polish" ..... it is looking much better now though - had these awful hosue guest here last week ..... really filthy ... you knwo they type .....

Hi again Ange!!

CaptainDippy · 26/06/2007 16:49

CaptainDippy · 26/06/2007 16:49
