Just popping my head in to say congratulations to Lucie, AND to stealth!!

What a surprise for you Stealth, amazon and terrifying all at once I imagine?

My twins are almost 17 months now and are amazing and exhausting all rolled in to one!

stealthbanana · 29/06/2018 08:46

Thanks sammy - yes definitely mixed emotions - starting to get my head around it now though.

So lovely your twins are doing well, I can’t even imagine how exhausting it must be, I’m tired enough with one baby. You’re a superwoman!

JustTrixie · 29/06/2018 10:18

Hi everyone! Lovely to read how everyone is doing.
So pleased to hear all is going well Lucie! And wow, Stealth, amazing news, such a shock and to find out you're further along than you thought. Congratulations!
My dd is 10 months and a handful, she's got a brilliant little sense of humour and is just the best little person ever. We'd definitely like a sibling for her and are lucky enough to have frosties but not sure how long to leave it or whether to try naturally first.

lucieloos · 29/06/2018 12:10

Hi Sammy & Trixie, lovely to hear from you both and glad all is going well. We didn't really bother trying naturally too much for the second as quite frankly I was too exhausted to go through all that again with timing stuff etc and we already had 4 frosties made so kind of felt I wanted to give them a chance as well. We still have 2 more left now and it's difficult as I don't think I could face binning them but not sure we could cope with a potential third! Will have to see how things go.

JustTrixie · 29/06/2018 14:33

I know what you mean about giving the frosties a chance Lucie. If one of our other frosties had been transferred dd would still be in the freezer! I like the idea of trying naturally to avoid the meds etc but then I'm not getting any younger so I'm probably leaning towards the frosties.

RoseBud2016 · 29/06/2018 22:45

Oh wow! I come on for the first time in months just to check if anyone has updated us and what amazing news I find!

Huge congratulations Lucie!! Did you do another natural cycle? Have you stopped BF completely now?

Stealth!!!! Absolutely incredible news! You little instadiffer you! What a shock. Massive congratulations to you!

Hi Grumpel! Glad to hear things with you and your little one are going well too.

Baby Rose and I are doing well. It’s our birthday in a few days (she stole my birthday!) Cannot believe just how quickly this year has gone Shock I don’t want it to keep going so fast!

We have also been talking about going back to be reunited with one of our 3 Frosties but as Lucie has discovered Reprofit aren’t happy to offer a medicated cycle until breastfeeding has stopped and I want Baby Rose to self-wean so I’m just going to wait it out for now. She’s only feeding 2-3 times in 24 hours now and very rarely at night so I’m happy to keep going for as long as she wants. I never thought I’d be this earth mother I’ve turned into! Grin
Ask me in 6 months and I may be feeling more impatient but for now Baby Rose is definitely enough for us. She’s amazing.

Much love to all you wonderful Mummys xxx

lucieloos · 30/06/2018 00:33

Aww wishing you and baby rose a happy birthday! Time flies doesn't it.

I actually did a medicated fet at reprofit while breastfeeding but didn't tell them Shock I knew that none of the medication could harm current baba and had great support from a fb group for those breastfeeding while undergoing fertility treatment. They have had proper medical advice all on the medication and very little passes through to the milk and that which does doesn't do any harm. I'm still breastfeeding now just at night but we've recently got our little one to sleep much better so think it might be phasing out naturally now. Wishing you lots of luck whatever you decide to do.

stealthbanana · 02/07/2018 21:05

Happy birthday rose and baby rose! 😍

HP07 · 12/07/2018 15:16

Oh my goodness, I am sooooo behind on this thread. For some reason I’m not getting notifications to say that people have posted so I thought it had all gone quiet.
Any popped on to tell you all that 6 weeks go today I had my second baby. A little girl. She came 4w 1d early and weighed a tiny 5lb 1oz. She is doing amazingly and Baby HP #1 who is now 21 months old and should probably get an upgrade to toddler HP has welcomed her i to the family beautifully. That’s not to say that he isn’t a little jealous of the time and attention she gets but he is so gentle and loving to her and helps me with changing her nappy, giving a bath and is generally doing brilliantly. I had to have a c-section this time round as her heart rate kept dropping each time I was contracting and they were worried about her. I am healing ok and am finally back to driving. Life with two is different but still lovely. They are currently both napping, baby on my chest and toddler next to me. I now need to go back and catch up with everyone and see what you’re all up to!! Xx

HP07 · 12/07/2018 15:28

Wow just caught up, congratulations to stealth and Lucie. Fantastic news. I hope the pregnancies go well and you will soon join the second time mum's club. Xx

Grumpelstiltskin · 20/07/2018 22:02

Oh, congratulations on the birth of your daughter, @HP07. Lovely news. It's been great virtually catching up with all you guys recently. So glad to hear all is well, instadiffing and all. Blimey @stealthbanana what a turn of events for you! Hope you're getting your head around it a bit more now you've had a scan.
Lovely to hear from you too, @RoseBud2016 (just worked out this @ tagging thing, innit)- hope you and baby rose had a fab birthday.

So it appear I also have similar news- just got back offa hols and vaguely wondered when AF was turning up as it was least a week overdue, remembered stealth and POA spare S 'just in case'... and yes, voila, two lines! I mean, WTAF?! We weren't really trying, in fact I'm pretty sure we only DTD once last month, so I too have become one of those smug instadiffing fuckers although not really smug so much as totally freaked out! Am only five weeks or so, so will obviously see how it goes but- bloody hell. Just that, really.

Blue2014 · 20/07/2018 22:13

Wow everyone! Congratulations and hand holds to the ironic insta-differs 😊

Good to hear from you all

stealthbanana · 21/07/2018 11:41

Oh wow @Grumpelstiltskin, congrats! It’s a bit of a shock isn’t it?! Shock It took me awhile to get my head around it. Hoping you have a happy and healthy pregnancy. I’m now 14w and we have found out we are having a little girl, so it all really seems to be happening Shock.

@HP07 congrats to you too! Am in awe of having such a small gap. Hoping everything is lovely with your two.

So much Nice news on this thread! Flowers

lucieloos · 03/11/2018 22:26

How is everyone getting on? Any news? We have 6.5 weeks to go until the arrival of baby 2!

loopylou1984 · 04/11/2018 07:54

Wow lucie!! Not long :)

Do you know sex? Sorry can't remember.

All good here, twins are 21 months old! Where did that time go?!

HP07 · 04/11/2018 08:18

Hi everyone, busy busy here. We have babyHP 1.0 who was 2 last month and is now chatting away and gets more fun by the day and babyHP 2.0 was 5 months old on Halloween. It’s going pretty well really. It feel like a whole lifetime ago since I was on the original thread worrying about my pregnancy and going home with a baby at the end of it. Exciting times Lucie. Do you feel like your second pregnancy has flown by? Mine did. Good luck, not long to go.

lucieloos · 04/11/2018 08:23

Hello both! Lovely to hear from you. How are things with the twins Sammy? Do you think you will have another?

What is life like with 2 babies HP? I'm a little worried about how I'll manage as baba 1 is such and active toddler now.

We don't know the sex decided on another surprise. The second half of the pregnant definitely seems to have flown by. I can't believe there's only 6 weeks to go. I haven't got anything ready at all!

loopylou1984 · 04/11/2018 13:07

Things are mostly good here, some sleep and food related issues... but within the normal realms of toddler behaviour I'm lead to believe. We've started looking at pre schools for the spring which is scary!

I don't think we will go for any more. I just can't bear the thought of desperately wanting a baby again and not being able to. That said we have paid to keep our three Frosties fit another year as I wasn't quite ready to say 100% that I didn't want another.

I don't know how you can be so patient! I couldn't wait to find out! Xx

HP07 · 04/11/2018 13:39

You will manage just fine Lucie. It all come with time and things do fall into place. I’m currently potty training so it can’t be that bad or I wouldn’t have even considered it. He started using it at 23 months so we’re two months in now and it’s going quite well. At this moment the toddler is running around playing with his toy hoover and trying my shoes on, baby is breastfeeding and husband is assembling yet another storage unit for the hunted of toys we have accumulated.

HP07 · 04/11/2018 13:40

*hundreds of toys

Babytoboris · 04/11/2018 19:49

Hello everyone - just doing a quick bookmark - I need to go back and do a major catch up on everyone’s news.

Baby Boris #1 is nearly two now and is a bundle of energy. His sleep is erratic which is tough
Baby Boris #2 is now 4 months old and is lovely. She’s very loud and chatty but sleeps better than her brother. In the last 24 hours though she has wanted to be fed every 45 mins - I hope this is a short phase that she will get herself out of as my nipples are about to fall off.

stealthbanana · 05/11/2018 15:23

Hi all! Lovely to hear from you. I have 9.5weeks to go with stealthini v2.0 - a little sister for stealthini v1.0 will arrive in January. Have had another really rough pregnancy with hyperemesis again, so am looking forward to it being over - has been particularly tough with my little cuddlebot stealthini v1.0 crawling all over me. He’ll be 22mo in a couple of weeks and is an absolute delight - am loving this phase. Am having slight panics about going back to the baby stage tbh!

Hope everyone is really well. I don’t think I will ever forget the support from this wonderful group, and I still count my blessings every day that we’ve been able to create our family - cheesy but true.

Twickerhun · 05/11/2018 19:02

stealth this is such exciting news!! I’m so so pleased for you!

Lucie - hope you are feeling ok and getting ready for number twos imminent arrival.

hP it’s time for a catch up :) I’m pretty free on Tuesdays still

We had another friend whose user name was banana related - anyone know how she is?

loopylou1984 · 05/11/2018 20:16

Bananafish

Unfortunately she didn't get her BFP and (based on a few things I've seen her post) I don't believe she is TTC anymore. Last I read she was writing a book about her experience. The stories no one tells of the unsuccessful ones.

Babytoboris · 06/11/2018 06:41

Name change fail twickerhun is boris.

Poor banana fish- I hope she is happy. That’s so tough. She was so suppprtive.
