Is that because it will be end of term nutella?

MrsNutella · 10/05/2017 07:39

No, that's her leave date. We've managed to arrange it that she finishes at the end of June. So we don't have to pay for July when we aren't there for at least three weeks. Then she starts at Kindergarten where DS is in august. Things are always done to the start/end of the month.
Even house moves

I asked nursery again if they would keep DD up please. Since DH is away and fighting them both to bed is driving me mad.
Their reply was that if she didn't fall asleep within 15 minutes of laying down in a dark room after lunch with all her other sleep buddies then they would remove her.

So she slept. So I'm here spending over an hour (she generally sleeps only an hour in the afternoon) trying to get her to stay in bed and go to sleep.

We have a chat booked with them tomorrow morning. I'm about at the point of saying "no more naps" right now. DS has been asleep for over an hour. thank goodness

If I fill up this tread all by myself I'll have to make a new one.... but do we want a new one??? Confused

PurplePidjin · 12/05/2017 15:12

I'm still here x

Is everyone on the Facebook group?
If not it might be nice to keep this going for when they all start school in a few months.

Yes yes and yes!

How did the no more naps chat go? I'm exhausted after 2 weeks of birthdays and parties here - last night was dd1s sleepover...zzzzz!

MrsNutella · 14/05/2017 20:30

I think that's all of us here Grin

Wl I asked them if they would keep DD up.... their response was long and basically boils down to "the child can choose".... Hmm

although the worker I spoke to is really lovely and the only staff member still there from when they opened, I think - she was also DS's key worker when he there. - and she was very sympathetic she also wants to stick to their "concept".

She has promised to raise the issue of getting kids ready for KiGa at their next team meeting and then hopefully, once thy agree a concept for that, next month they will pare back DD's naps somehow...

We have the reception information evening tonight. It's a class of 21, with 16 coming from A's preschool. Very different from when DD started.
