cj can sit up unaided and call roll both ways but only on occassion so i wouldnt worry

well been back to the doctors today and she's signed me off till monday with proper flu and cj has it too and all we can do is have paracetmol thinking of downing a bottle of medised before bed myself

dh got up last night with dd as i was dying again as every time she tried to sleep she got bunged up and had to spit her dummy out to breathe this carried ontil about quarter six

so no work for me this week again

So how come Austin has been teething for ever but we still have no sig of the bloody thing?? Felt it, looked, NOTHUNG!!!!

And i've lost my voice. (Dh heaves a sigh of relief lo)

And as fo Valentines, i'm too bloody sick to bother. Dh is taking me out nx week on a shopping spree! Yippee!!!! (I think he feels guilty about his 'manflu' as i've been poorly looking after the three of them!)

My dd isn't sitting up yet, but trying to. She pulls herself forward in the bouncy chair, much to my horror. Can only roll onto one side but not back again, although when I'm not looking she somehow changes position under her baby gym with seemingly little effort.

We don't 'do' Valentine's Day in the hoppy household - prefer making more of an effort for out wedding anniversary. Or maybe we're just too stingy to give Hallmark our money?

Snow, I'm in St. Aines. Where are you?

booby, our anniversary is nowhere near Valentines. It's on 1st of May, deliberately chosen so we can always get a nice long bank holiday weekend to go with it!

I can sympathise with the special teething time
What we thought was just a tooth a the back and one bottom tooth has now turned into 1 at the top and both bottom teeth!
Ellis is not a happy baby.

Dh is taking me to the cinema tonight so we have to take the kids to my mums this afternoon.
I'm quite pleased really as the kids never go there. I think Ellis has been once since he was born.

I'm just trying to make a plan for when dh goes on Holiday in April .

Morning all, Happy Valentines!
No romance in our house either, so I decided last week to meet up my girlfriends for a few drinks in the local, DH is babysitting.

Hoppy, you said your dd's teeth were sharp? Jackson's tooth feels like a razor too? Its a wonder they dont hurt their little fingers isnt it?

Thanks all for reassuring me about Alex not rolling, its just that all the baby books says they do it at 5 months and he is 6 months and not doing it so I was worried.

Booby - this may be a stupid question, but are the photos on your profile of you?

Before you think I am mad, I am looking at a copy of the magazine which you feature in and it's definitely NOT the same woman!

The woman in the mag who is married to Chris is a hairdresser from Nottingham and is a black woman (sorry if I have offended anyone by calling them black, I am not uptodate with the correct 'colour' scheming)

Anyway, she's not pale skinned!

Am I going slightly mad? Was it you who did the photo shoot or someone else?

Aah - so you're the one in the pink pjs and the black wrap! Your hair looks darker in that photo than on your profile.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Seems like they DIDN'T fix it and totally fced up! As they say in the Crunchy Nut adverts 'get them!'

Well I hope you all had a good valentines night becase mine was utterly crap.
Dh came home mid afternoon, kids all ready, I was all clobbered up, hair and make up done etc but to cut a long story short we didnt go out and we ended up arguing instead .

I think we finally sorted ourselves out before bedtime but I was sooooo pissed off.

So if anyone goes to see Hot Fuzz, let me know if its any good .

I've got my 3rd CBT session this afternoon too. Tbh I'm in 2 minds whether to go. It hasnt done anything for me so far and I dread going so I dont think its really worth it.

NBG sorry your Valentines was crap! Poor thing. I have to say mine was nice I went off the diet long enough to have some champagne and chocolates. Yum. Are you and DH all better now?
