Omg spotty that's terrible. Poor woman. How can he be out on bail? That's crazy. She must be terrified.

MrsNutella · 19/06/2015 13:37

spotty that is mad! Has your friend been able to get a panic button or something? If she has contact with the local DV unit perhaps that would be possible. I wonder why he hasn't been kept on remand? Your poor friend! And her family.

I am still ill. I was planning to stop the morning feed imminently anyway but I think it is going to be today or tomorrow morning. It feels weird knowing that it will have been my last feed Confused but i really really need to get well again, I'm reaching a stage where I need some proper medicine!

But if I could pay for stuff with snot I would be rich!

WLmum · 20/06/2015 00:23

nutella I hope you make your peace with your decision and that you manage to get what you need to get well. Don't forget that mummies wellbeing is important too - if mummy goes down the whole ship goes with her. Flowers

Barbeasty · 20/06/2015 17:10

Nutella you're no good to anyone if you don't get better. And in a way it's nice to know when the last feed is, I just suddenly realised A hadn't fed for weeks and don't know exactly when he stopped.

Spotty madness to let him out. Almost as though they're hoping he'll flee to his home country and they won't have to pay to prosecute or gaol....

A managed to climb over his stairgate last night, 3 times. It is higher than his eyebrows when he stands next to it! So our last line of defence is going to have to go- if he got it wrong he could go over the banisters to a sheer drop to the bottom of the stairs.

We've booked a weekend in a hotel in Tenby near the start of the summer holidays, so that and our stay next week for Goodwood (sorry Spotty!) are A's first time away for a night not in a family member's house. We might need luck.

DD has just wrapped a toy sheep up for DH for fathers day. She refuses to give the beer I got for them to give.

SpottyTeacakes · 20/06/2015 17:15

Beasty where are you staying for goodwood? We went to the races last night all paid for. Won three races so spent £15. Plus saw idris Elba mmmm.

Nutella hope stopping is easy for you. I remember you felt better after stopping with ds.

I hope he goes back to his own country Angry

Barbeasty · 20/06/2015 21:37

At the moment at a premier inn an hour away, but my Dad's organising it and is going to look this week for something closer. It's finding a family room for 4 that's the limiting factor.

Sounds like a good night.

I just hope that they go to bed an awful lot quieter and quicker than tonight.

SpottyTeacakes · 20/06/2015 21:41

Hmm there's a travelodge in Chichester and they run free buses from there to Goodwood. Portsmouth isn't far either. The weather is looking nice too, we're off to London so I won't get too angry about the traffic Grin

halestone · 20/06/2015 23:43

Spotty thats an awful situation for your friend to be in. I hope she is getting the support she needs now.

Beasty how clever of A to be able tp get over his stair gate. H just shakes at it in anger.

Nutella i hope your last BF goes well. Its a very bitter sweet moment.

I went out last night for DPs birthday, i have only just got over my hangover. I drank far to much to quickly as i have nothing in common with his friends so just got drunk instead.

Well DD had a bottle this morning and I will be drinking peppermint tea all day. I'm sort of sad and sort of fine. I dropped the feeds gradually as they stopped being enjoyable. I loved snuggling with her in bed in the morning. I knew she was only having a little feed so I didn't think it would be hard to replace. I just liked the snuggle Smile
Can't believe she will be a whole year old in a few weeks!

WLmum · 21/06/2015 22:58

A year nutella!!! Crazy.

halestone · 22/06/2015 12:33

OMG that has flown Nutella.

We had the perfect day yesterday, big family roast then out for a walk at local nature park. Then today i have taken H and DN swimming, took DN to nursery and am now back getting ready for a hospital appointment abit later. So far a productive week.

No way Nutella! You've fed her for ages though especially as you weren't sure you wanted to.

I bought ds some new wellies this morning. He chose the pink ones with cats on Grin

DeladionInch · 22/06/2015 13:58

:o Spotty, R is currently sporting bright pink Elsa pyjamas as daywear... I've made him wear jeans instead of the skimpy budgie smuggler leggings. Why are clothes marketed for girls cut so much skinnier than the boy equivalent? They're all the same shape at this age!

utopian99 · 22/06/2015 15:27

Hmm, I was raging at the ludicrous 'hipster' skinny cords for boys that seem to be on sale these days. They're just a pain to get on. I vote for second hand ebay boden baggies all the way!

WLmum · 22/06/2015 16:24

delad and people wonder why eating disorders and body image issues start so young.

SpottyTeacakes · 22/06/2015 16:26

We need skinny clothes! I bought ds some pjs from tesco and they just fell straight down. He couldn't wear them. Have the same problem with both dc Confused

halestone · 22/06/2015 17:34

We can't get jeans for H as they are so small fitting. She is in age 4-5 clothing thoughShock

Hales I love that, dd is in 3-4 and has just turned 5Grin

halestone · 22/06/2015 18:19

Awww i always say i'd love to carry round a dainty small baby/toddler as H has always been big.

SpottyTeacakes · 22/06/2015 19:29

Ds called me a silly goose earlier ConfusedGrin

halestone · 22/06/2015 19:31

ooo Spotty it must be on a cartoon as H called my Dsis that last week. Its hilarious.

OP posts:
SpottyTeacakes · 22/06/2015 19:34

Oh really?! We couldn't work out where it came from!

WLmum · 22/06/2015 19:40

T has started saying things are fancy as in 'ooh fancy!' Funny little things.

MrsNutella · 22/06/2015 19:41

DS is pretty skinny. He has some jeans that are too short but a great fit around his little waist. I'm thinking about turning them into very fashionable 80s wear cut offs for shorts. I don't see me getting DD's big chunky legs in them. I love her chunky thighs and I want to bite them Grin

And DS is just in size 2-3. DD is in 12-18 months Shock!!!

MrsNutella · 22/06/2015 19:43

And to celebrate not BF anymore I am on antibiotics and strong Ibuprofen for the raging ear infection that woke me this morning at 4:30. AngrySad
