Hope sleep is going okay Nutella, we're in roughly the same boat, ages wise, so I tend to feel your pain. A had another tooth cutting last night, so neither dh or I got much sleep.
Good luck with jobs wl, it sounds weird but work keeps me sane these days, faced with the prospect of full time childcare!
spotty yay to dh aceeding to requests for dc3! Dh and I originally thought of three, but are seeing how two goes first. Dh is still v keen on three, and we could manage it in terms of space/money more or less, but there are a lot of practical reasons why we'd be more 'sensible' sticking with two.
weirdly, it's none of those that make me pause though, it's just the thing I keep hearing and reading articles written by middle children about how rubbish it is. But then surely that's down to parenting, not just birth position?
Any third children here who can give opinions? wl, what's your take on it? My mum was one of four and loved it, but fil was a middle child and said he felt a bit passed over. 
argh. I don't want poor little A feeling like that, he's such a smiley baby...
