Kitty i find this thread very helpful, in the whole time i've been on it there has been no bitchiness just support.

H has been hard work today! Thank god she went to sleep at 7:30 for the 1st time everGrin

Hang out kitty, it's luverly!
Today's comedy tantrum was because I put some baked beans in a bowl. Yes a bowl. Clearly I am deranged. They weren't even for her!! She tried several times to get hold of the bowl so that she could cast it aside - luckily I am wise to her tricks!

WLmum · 01/03/2015 23:14

hales yay to the early bedtime! I was amazed that T went to bed at 8 after napping in the car from 6-6.30. We're swapping cot for bed tomorrow...

halestone · 02/03/2015 14:19

I've got abit of a chest infection i think. I've never had one before but my chest feels freezing inside and i'm quite weezy. I also have a snot filled nose and i only found this out as H has just been lay across my lap when she suddenly put her finger fully up my nose and pulled some out and said look mum whats that? Eurgh the joys of children.

Is there a new thread? Had a camera up my uterus and then coil put in. Looks that all the irregular bleeding and pain due to it being inflamed- a form of endometriosis but just affecting womb. May habe possibly been triggered by the section for dd. So bloody painful and now bleeding quite heavily. What we put our bodies through for babies honestly!!

ddas · 02/03/2015 19:43

hales hope you feel better. There's some horrible bug going around. Lots of chest infections in people who wouldn't normally get them.
spotty ds was a coil baby wasn't he? So terrified about getting pregnant with this in!! Know that low rates of pregnancy but seem quite a lot of coil pregnancies so can only think of those! But then again also seen pregnancies with the implant, pill & sterilisation (female) so guess there is no 100% method except for abstinence!

SpottyTeacakes · 02/03/2015 19:47

Oh Hales look after yourself.

Ddas yes he was it had fallen down and was resting on my cervix though so not quite in situ. My dr said its the only one she's ever fitted that's failed.

That sounds nasty I hope the coil sorts it out for you.

WLmum · 02/03/2015 22:10

Coil sisters ddas!! Hope your symptoms subside soon. Please don't scare me with tales of coil babies. I would actually hate to have another baby! Never thought I'd say that but I'm ready to focus on getting my career back on track and getting rid of some stuff out of my house. I feel that there's not enough of me for 3, so don't feel it would be fair on the wee uns to spread it any thinner.

Testing here. I've written two long posts which have failed in the last few days. No idea why, so just seeing if this works..

halestone · 03/03/2015 22:51

Seems a quiet thread this week. Dp sent me to bed for a couple of hours this afternoon, this chest infection is wiping me out. I was up most of last night coughing. I am never going to judge him again when hes complaining about his chest.

You will have to let me know how the coil works out for you both think i'm going to jump on the coil bus as my next form of contraception.

Hales if you're not feeling better by Friday I would speak to a Dr. I've got a phlegmy cold which is making me feel really dizzy. I nearly fell over backwards last night when I stood up. It was like as I stood up, the rest of the room tilted backwards!

We're getting new windows and doors fitted today and tomorrow which means no going out. I will probably take ds out on his bike for a bit just to break the day up!

WLmum · 04/03/2015 08:08

Boo to illness. Rest as much as you can both. I took a day off work last week as I felt really dizzy and crap. Just a virus but a day in bed was def the best medicine.

halestone · 04/03/2015 09:28

I think i'll be ringing the drs tomorrow i can't do another night of no sleep. And this sounds awful but i can't bear H touching my chest or back as its making me feel like i can't breathe, so i'm being shouty mummy and i hate it.

Spotty i hope your feeling better soon.

Good idea Hales sounds as if you need some antibiotics. Thanks I'm not too bad coffee is helping Grin if only I had chocolate...

SpottyTeacakes · 04/03/2015 12:37

Ds is straddling the back of the sofa shouting 'giddy up haw haw' (horse, sounds like hoare Blush)

DeladionInch · 04/03/2015 12:53

R is asleep. Thank fuck.

SpottyTeacakes · 04/03/2015 14:12

Ds can't have a sleep because Anglian are doing the windows so he's in an awful mood Sad

MrsNutella · 04/03/2015 14:56

Hello all! You've dropped off my list. I need to post more often.... DS has been really pushing everyone's buttons this week. I don't know if it's because he is feeling a bit tired and coming down with a cold again or if it's a brain burp. Who knows! Smile

DD is definitely up to something though. Last night she kept us up for over two hours from about 1:45 until I guess around 4am I stopped looking at the clock because it was only making me more unhappy I'm praying to the baby sleep gods that she sleeps through earlier than DS's 13 months!

MrsNutella · 04/03/2015 14:56

And hello Kitty! Smile

Barbeasty · 04/03/2015 15:36

Hales hopefully they might give you an inhaler to increase oxygen flow too.

A is being horrible at the moment too. Hitting, throwing, whining...... and if you tell him off he screws his face up with a big smile and says "hiya" to try and disarm you. Yesterday when that didn't work he did his big, infectious, belly laugh to show it was funny really.

And he hasn't napped the last couple of days.....

SpottyTeacakes · 04/03/2015 15:51

Ds fell asleep on the sofa ten minutes before I had to get dd. He was not happy when I woke him up!
