Evening gorgeous wenches!

Tis true, I am a victim of fish factory effect. Much as I would love to salivate over scallops in butter served with chorizo it makes me Envy.

stunt I think you should stick with it. I have been weaning p off omeprazole very gradually and I believe her reflux was pretty much gone anyway.

I think many of you would be interested in a convo I had with a parent recently and I am sure she would have no issue with my sharing it - child is to feature in a documentary. The child in question has narcolepsy which is not controlled by the usual drugs so they are now exploring dietary possibilities. Basically during the day she is to eat no complex carbs or anything difficult to process. She can only eat these things in the evening. The idea is that she eats easy to digest and fast energy giving foods during the day so that the body doesn't get too burned out trying to digest it. She then fills up on these things are night as they should help her sleep. To my knowledge the evidence is circumstantial but pretty convincing for the treatment of her condition. I am not suggesting that anyone do this with the babies but I thought the relationship with eating and food was very interesting.

Is he asleep yet pikz?

yw I have found my mat clothes from last summer - are you still wanting them?

Passmethecrisps · 02/06/2014 20:17

That should read food and sleep!

BigPigLittlePig · 02/06/2014 20:21

Hi ho hi ho, its off to work I go Sad

At least you lot and PRs norks have sent me off with a Grin

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:21

I believe food is v important in all kinds of ailments pass . What you're saying makes sense.

I had a narcoleptic student. I took it personally at first (until I realised he really was narcoleptic and not just bored). He was fascinating.

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:22

Good luck piggy hope you have a quiet night at work Brew

Passmethecrisps · 02/06/2014 20:28

Fingers crossed for a healthy general public bp!

Pikz · 02/06/2014 20:28

Do your boobs hang low... Do they wobble too and fro...

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:29

chasing no you don't. I went on a trampoline yesterday wearing my best bra. It was.... Awkward. If I'd been wearing another bra I'd have not only have been scared of everyone seeing my norks but of knocking myself out.

YellowWellies · 02/06/2014 20:29

Pass thanks love but I don't think I'd fit your wee clothes! We should def all try to meet soon though. I miss you ladies!

We have a v hot teething bear. He came in from nursery and not a single toy was gotten out of the toy box between then and bed. He just wanted to cuddle and watch Come Dine with Me. Occasionally stroking my hair, holding my hand or asking for "kisses Mummy". He might be a Daddy's boy ATM but I'm not so secretly chuffed to be the source of all comfort when he's peaky!

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:30

That's a very personal question pikz :o

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:32

Oh yw my DDs are v much daddy's girls but those peaky or injured moments when they become mummy's girls are very special.

Wandathewindfairy · 02/06/2014 20:33

Can you throw them over your shoulder like a regimental soldier.

Wandathewindfairy · 02/06/2014 20:35

Can you tie them In a knot can you tie them in a bow?

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:36

Not quite. But I could pop one on my shoulder and pin it down with my chin, as if I had a boob phone. Bet no-one else can do that.

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:37

No knots. I am a boob failure. Sorry quiche Sad

Pikz · 02/06/2014 20:41

I just spat champagne!!

Passmethecrisps · 02/06/2014 20:43

Really and truly I have no need for a pencil case at school. It is only for fear of traumatising the children that I don't just keep all my pens safely pinned under a boob.

A catch up would be fab yw. Maybe over summer? My frocks may look a bit like t-shirts on you sure enough seeing as you are about 6 inches taller than me Grin

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:44

Oooh wanda I forgot to mention I replaced 250ml of the stock in your recipe with white wine.

So 500ml stock and 250ml wine.

Reason being I had to use ready made stock as my guest, when I said "leg or breast" while serving up roast chick answered "carcass". Which I thought was lovely because shows she felt at home. But she stripped my chicken carcass and I didn't feel I could use it to make stock. So improvised with stock jelly plus wine. Was yum.

The she-guest scared me when she got out of the car. She had the unmistakeable air of a French aristocrat about her (had never met her) but she was fab. We're going to stay with them in July for a few days in their vvv posh family seat .

PetiteRaleuse · 02/06/2014 20:45

Champagne pikz ? On a Monday? And you spat it? Get a straw and slurp it up mrs you don't waste champagne! Especially on a Monday!
