Parrots live forever, too! Our lovely neighbour years ago married someone who inherited a parrot from his aunt. The parrot crapped on lovelt neighbour's furniture (she was v house proud) and survived her (LN), too! It was very sad, as she should have had many more years, and a chance to outlive a creature that hated her!
Good luck with the moving, mopsy! And I hope the holiday is restful, and you get to lounge in some water to feel more comfortable, be it bath or a bigger body of water!
Good luck with the baby, seven! Sorry you've been so uncomfortable. Hope you manage to get some rest before the birth (and after, of course!)
How's your back,DrFunkes? If it's still getting at you when we come back, let's meet up and I'll bring the "BNIB" wheat bag, which is a lovely thing to have sitting on sore muscles!
Hope your holiday was nice, aethel! Did you come back specially in time for you-know-Who, or did it just work out like that?
Don't tell me what happened, though! I'm downloading it now to watch upon our return!
Sending potty-training vibes for one and all, including your skunk, figgy (who looks quite sweet all cuddled up in that box!)
Sorry this is all a bit of a rush. DD and I areleaving today, and I'm panicking, as I keep finding more things which ought to go in the bag, along with 10 days' worth for us (no mains electric, just a generator, so no washing machine), and a wedding for me & DH (it includes a bloody cocktail party. seems a very choreographed [to death event.
DBro is leaving his rehab place on Monday, as the insurance ran out, and we are now keeping our fingers crossed for him in the Big . DM may go over later in the year, but we are conscious that she can't force him to do things like host her, it's important for him to develop his own willpower and new way of life. So nervewracking though...
Also, house is a disaster, with lots of floors discovered to be rotting, so loads of things have got to be taken out to be done over.
Sorry if I've missed anyone. I can't seem to get any time to think, so
