Ok here is the new thread. Quite impressed that I managed to do this as I usually fail miserably.

Happy Birthday DAVID

sorry it's a little late mummyhill - first time I've sat at the impyuuooter all day - Hope you all had a lovely day and little Davey has had lots of fun with all the new things he's been given.

Poor Conrad's had little time to play with his birthday loot! I've been out so much of the time this week and the wee dear has to be dragged along...

Oh, I did something I perhaps shouldn't have done today (but was incensed into doing it by the smugness of the other driver) It goes like this - woman in Jaguar takes last mother and baby parking space... I watch her park and get out... NO CHILDREN... she looks smugly at me as if to say 'what are you going to do about it?' and I pluck my lippy from side pocket in door get out of car and write 'what? NO KIDS? across her front window as she's wiggling her bum and clicking her high heels up the causeway to Sainsbury's.

I'd loved to have seen her face when she got back - but sadly I had to park miles off

Have a lovely weekend all xxx

mummyhill · 23/09/2006 07:51

Yeah {we're not worthy bowing emoticon} Go wabbitt. Maybe this is something we shopuld all start doing. A national campaign against inconsiderate people who are to lazy to do a bit of walking.

Arghh I feel lousy this morning. I think it is the pill messing up my hormones but feel geerally s**t. DH has phoned work, mum has kids I am going back to bed.

Simplyred · 23/09/2006 14:22

Oh wabitt - you wasted a good lippy on this woman!

Have to admit - many years before I had children - I was shopping with my brother - who parked his car in a parents space. A lady stopped us and said - where are your kids? - and db said - in the boot! It seemed funny then - but not now

Hope your feeling better mummyhill xx

wabbitt · 23/09/2006 14:46

Awwww Poor mummyhill - hope a rest does something towards making you feel better.

Yes it's the side affects that stop me going on the pill - Since I've been in my thirties I've always felt overtired and just beyond being able to cope, bloated and lethargic when on microgynon... I've not tried another brand or progesterone only - doubt I'll ever need to at this rate!!!!

Glad you like the lipstick rebel!

wabbitt · 23/09/2006 14:48

SR - I know, it should be beneath me... but I just wasn't in the mood for her smugness yesterday morning

Simplyred · 24/09/2006 07:43

It's my dad's birthday today so we are all going out for lunch.

Simplyred · 24/09/2006 15:32

Hello!

Best wishes everyone!

Think I'm suffering from a bout of great expectations! Last year I felt so horrid after Rachel was born. Feeling very odd and crabby at the moment - can't put my finger on why.

wabbitt · 24/09/2006 17:03

And it is freezing in the office and guess who forgot to bring either a jacket or cardigan today? Would put on my raincoat, but it is bright pink and not really the thing for an office of accountants...
